Poor Communication
I never received the package because it was sent to the wrong address because my email was ignored. I tried emailing my new address to the seller but never heard anything back.

Wonderful experience
I ordered a chain and cross for my son, and Cliff was proactively able to recommend that what I had put together wasn’t optimal in his experience based on the size of the chain with the pendant. I took his recommendation and was extremely happy with the new options. Cliff went above and beyond on this experience a few other questions I had, I couldn’t be happier and was extremely impressed.

Outstanding customer support
First ring we received was too large immediate return accepted. Then picked out a customized more expensive ring but due to Amazon’s description did not receive the stone color light blue as ordered contacted seller directly and was immediately provided a return. Ordered new directly from seller’s site and can’t wait for this very special ring customized with inscription.

A Ring Like No Other
I had my ring specially designed. I order the Men's 925 Sterling Silver & 14k Blue Sapphire and Lapis Master Mason Masonic Ring. Instead of using blue Sapphire stones. I replaced them with the Rudy Red birth stone, the month I was raised. Signifying my Birth as a Mason. They were very accommodating, and the quality of the ring was exceptional. I have a ring that has specific meaning to me as a MASON. I was born In April (diamond) raised in July (Rudy). Thank you....

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. I called them when the Internet was down they were having a storm and they still manifested to get off my delivery. The shipment came a day earlier than expected, and they even gave me a discount for Father’s Day.. first time ever ordering from this company but I was beyond impressed with the integrity and the quality of service. The necklace that we received was everything and more.!!

Nice ring for the price

I went on the site and there was not a space for rngraving. I talked to a customer service rep. and he fixed it right away. I was able to order with in 3 minutes. Also the i.d. bracelet came very fast. Engraving was great.
