Great product

I was surprised at how many choices I had when searching for the perfect gift for my 14 year old athlete. And the instant customer service was incredible! I panicked when I clicked on the wrong type of necklace as I ordered, but within minutes I was able to update my order with the correct necklace type (rope chain instead of figaro) with the help of the online customer service. Thank you!!!

Order 4 Celtic knit rings in total and just perfect. Arrived a few days after ordering.

Ordering through USJewels was quite easy and the item I rec'd is absolutely beautiful! The picture of the item on the website was identical to the item I received. And, with USJewels being practically in my back yard, it was nice doing business with a company so close to my home town.

Sent wrong ring but they were super responsive when I contacted with my issue and not only took care of return but gave me an awesome deal on a replacement. Hands down one of the better online shopping experiences I’ve had especially seeing how it started with an issue! Don’t hesitate on these guys. Quality customer service and quality product!

It was an easy quick purchase. received the item very quickly. I would have given it 5 stars but the clasp it came on was not even soldered closed which wasn't that big a deal 3 dollars at the local jeweler.

Hands down, the best customer service experience I have ever had in my adult life. Cliff is amazing; I inquired about an order which seemed to have been taking a little longer than expected. Cliff immediately checked and realized my ring (which was a custom build), was made in the wrong size. As a sign of good faith, Cliff sent me a complimentary ring on the house for any inconvenience. Cliff expedited my original order and I just received it.

Website did not give estimated ship date as the description said it would. I sent a follow up email in hopes that I ordered the item in enough time to receive by Christmas. He assured me it would arrive in time. Apparently ran into some production issues and agreed to overnight it along with a watch supposedly as a free gift and a thank you for being understanding and not arriving on time as promised. A month later I still never received the package. He shipped a “replacement” but complained how HE was out money now. The replacement finally arrived (I had to track it down and go to UPS to get it) but it was completely wrong/different than what I ordered (was a personalized piece). He said to ship it back and he would refund my money. It took two weeks after returning the ring to get my money back. Over 50 emails back and forth through the entire process. He kept saying he would fix the ring and ship it to me at no cost “for all the trouble.” I’ve never received the ring, which doesn’t matter since I did finally get my money back with bull$h!t excuses. But multiple promises were broken back to back to back. Definitely not reliable or trustworthy. I will never order from this company again. I think they legitimately tried to scam me but since I luckily paid through PayPal, I would have been eligible for a dispute that met all requirements for a full refund, if he didn’t willingly refund the money.

Very happy with Cliff's handling of an item that needed to be replaced. He replaced it without any problem. Excellent customer service, speedy responses from Cliff and a beautiful item received. Very happy customer. Excellent company to deal with and stunning products. Will definitely use them again.

Representative was very attentive and answered all my questions promptly. Ring was here in the exact time they told me it would be, and, did not disappoint when I received it.

Ordering and chat experience went well.
I requested engraving and was assured that it was possible. I received 1phone call from you at the end of the day to reduce the amount of letters on the engraving. I wasn't able to call, but sent a text message the same day. The product was shipped the same or next day without the reduced amount of engraving.
