usjewels.com Reviews

I love my "emergency bracelet". The emblem stands out and is very noticeable. The engraving is very clear and readable. I highly recommended your company to others.

Costumer services was phenomenal, I got ahold of someone because there was a shipping issue I had for the item that I ordered. It was not even 1 minute, I got ahold of someone right away. Turns out it was the owner. He was very kind and extremely professional fixed my problem right away. The owner told me there was a glitch in the system, they offer free 2 day shipping and because of that they there so many orders coming in the system glitched out and slowed down but I believe it’s fixed now I strongly recommend buy from this site, there products are amazing and they are a great company.

The communication from the seller was polite and complete. The quality of the medal is outstanding. Very pleased!

The cross pendant was great quality and shipping was very fast, even though it was during the week before Christmas.

I am very happy with my purchase! It came quickly and the quality was AMAZING!

The ring is just what I was looking for. The fact that you kept me updated was very much appreciated.

My purchase shipped quickly and arrived on time during the holiday season.

Overall. Good. Appreciate the customer service chat. I only needed it because there was no estimated shipping date offered prior to purchase. Making it a gamble whether it would come anywhere close to Christmas. It did work out though and as soon as my order was filled two days after purchase I received an email and the product came promptly after

I am very happy with the squared Cornicello! It's an original unique design, solid construction, and heavy! Looks great! And also these guys really take care of their customers! I emailed them and they took the time to respond and even call me to answer my questions. 5 star service all around!

Cliff was incredibly responsive

Fastest shipping literally ever. Beautiful piece of jewelry arrived in no time safe and sound. I will definitely order again.

I was skeptical about the ring but it is perfect.

Easy to order and order was delivered quickly.

The fast and secure shipping was awesome, especially because it came early for Xmas. I purchased the largest soccer ball pendant. It was bigger than expected. Beautifully crafted and has a little weight to it. Great purchase!

Great company to deal with! Ordered a special Masonic logo that not many companies have. USJewels was able to procure the logo and customize it into the ring that I wanted! Great communication and the sharpest Past Master's Ring around!
