Apply for a no-risk consultation from a Licensed Mental Health Professional to see if you qualify for an Emotional Support Animal Letter for Housing.
In order to prove that an animal is an emotional support animal, you may be asked to provide documentation from a licensed professional (doctor, psychiatrist, or other mental health professional) stating that the animal is an essential part of treatment for a disability. A landlord or business may ask you to provide a doctor’s note or they could deny you and your emotional support animal.
How does it work?
1. Fill out our no-risk online consultation form.
2. You will be put in touch with a licensed mental health professional in your state.
3. The mental health professional will see if you qualify for an Emotional Support Animal letter for housing.
4. If approved, your letter will be sent via email the same day. If you are denied, you will not be charged.
A doctor in our network may be able to prescribe an emotional support animal with only one phone call. You don’t pay anything unless the mental health professional approves you There’s absolutely no risk to you, so give us a call at (985) 200-3521 or fill out our online consultation form.

After I filled everything out, I received a call. Esa staff are extremely nice ,and very helpful ,my dog is now safe with lawyers to back him for life. I have a problem with having to pay for one of your providers when my own provider knows me the best. I think that they are smart enough to be able to see the value in having a service animal and can do a proper evaluation. I know that mine is.
