Apply for a no-risk consultation from a Licensed Mental Health Professional to see if you qualify for an Emotional Support Animal Letter for Housing.
In order to prove that an animal is an emotional support animal, you may be asked to provide documentation from a licensed professional (doctor, psychiatrist, or other mental health professional) stating that the animal is an essential part of treatment for a disability. A landlord or business may ask you to provide a doctor’s note or they could deny you and your emotional support animal.
How does it work?
1. Fill out our no-risk online consultation form.
2. You will be put in touch with a licensed mental health professional in your state.
3. The mental health professional will see if you qualify for an Emotional Support Animal letter for housing.
4. If approved, your letter will be sent via email the same day. If you are denied, you will not be charged.
A doctor in our network may be able to prescribe an emotional support animal with only one phone call. You don’t pay anything unless the mental health professional approves you There’s absolutely no risk to you, so give us a call at (985) 200-3521 or fill out our online consultation form.

I wasn't looking for travel or housing but it's good to know that I have both. I am looking for a service. Dog was just diagnosed with seizures and my dog seems to give me the warning when they seem to be coming on first thing in the morning so she seemed to be a good candidate. So far my experience with customer service has been Breathe Easy Awesome!
There is no such thing as a dumb question. The only thing you have to worry about is a question you don't ask about cuz if you don't know you don't know until you do know and these people are willing to help you to know. Thank you so much for helping. I look forward to continuing our business.

My customer service experience
Deivra My customer service representative was very helpful and well informed even though I was stressing out on the phone she was very clam and reassuring and I really appreciated that it felt nice to be heard and helped in such a polite way. I would recommend that everyone gets Deivra as there representative she amazing and very professional with a gentle touch I’m very grateful for Deivra help. Then there Teletherapy was great to I felt heard and no judged. I’m so excited my Rex got approval and the process was simple and and I would recommend this service to friends, family, anyone who needs the pet to be an emotional support/service animal us service animal is in my opinion the #1 company and they actually care💯🥰

The ease of the website
The ease of the website, The helpfulness of the staff. I ordered the wrong thing online and called right after, it was like 9:00 pm. I called and the representative heard the panic and the anxiety in my voice and corrected it (I needed the housing letter, instead I ordered something I did not need.) I was in the middle of a move and needed to have them re-certified A.S.A.P.! She corrected it and I received a call the next morning,,, and was emailed the letter, their registration, and certificates within minutes!!! US Service Animals is AMAZING,!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I even told Gemini to save that date and remind me a month before it expires! Thank You!!!!!

US Service Animals is great!! We now have our 2nd Emotional Support Dog, Yoshie! We have been with US Service Animals for 18 years and will not be going anywhere else! The services they offer are 2nd to none! You can get everything you could possibly need from certifications for your animal, housing documents, identification documents, travel documents, training for your animal, apparel, products, registry, and your own animal portal. The portal is at your fingertips! Like I said, EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE!!!! To top all this off, the Customer Service is exceptional! Like I said, I’ve been with USSA for 18 years and I can honestly say that I have never had a bad customer service experience, ever! The employees are very, very knowledgeable, professional, personable, accommodating, and efficient. My experiences have all been very genuine! Amazing company
The staff is amazing, I enjoyed the conversation I had with the phone operator. He was so kind and helpful. He gave me so much advice I’m so upset I can’t remember his name but he was amazing, and my mental health doctor is always a pleasure to speak with. I love this company they are doing gods work.

MJ was wonderful
MJ was wonderful. I've been so consumed with grief recently that even a conversation around the loss of my ESA makes me quite emotional. She was very kind and patient with me, and very thorough. I appreciate her so much.
The mental health professional I spoke with was also very kind and personable; I didnt feel like i was talking to a soulless person on the other end of the line. I feel I've gotten the support and services I need at this time.

Quamaine Taylor was the best thing that…
Quamaine Taylor was the best thing that has happened to me in I would say the last week. I lost someone very special to me and he just lit me up with joy and kindness. For the first time sense the death of that loved one I have smiled but because of him I did today! I thank him for taking him time with me and being very patient with me! Everyone went smooth with the order. Up until it asked for me to add photos of my animals. I uploaded images and even cropped it to the specific size and it won't let back out of resizing to complete the upload.
