Apply for a no-risk consultation from a Licensed Mental Health Professional to see if you qualify for an Emotional Support Animal Letter for Housing.
In order to prove that an animal is an emotional support animal, you may be asked to provide documentation from a licensed professional (doctor, psychiatrist, or other mental health professional) stating that the animal is an essential part of treatment for a disability. A landlord or business may ask you to provide a doctor’s note or they could deny you and your emotional support animal.
How does it work?
1. Fill out our no-risk online consultation form.
2. You will be put in touch with a licensed mental health professional in your state.
3. The mental health professional will see if you qualify for an Emotional Support Animal letter for housing.
4. If approved, your letter will be sent via email the same day. If you are denied, you will not be charged.
A doctor in our network may be able to prescribe an emotional support animal with only one phone call. You don’t pay anything unless the mental health professional approves you There’s absolutely no risk to you, so give us a call at (985) 200-3521 or fill out our online consultation form.

1-Year-Old Maltese Transitioning From Caregiver ESA to Psychiatric Service Dog
My 1-year-old Maltese, John-John, already is a Certified Caregiver ESA. He is starting training to become a Psychiatric Service Dog for when we travel mid-June next Summer back to my home state of Michigan to visit relatives haven't seen in 50+ years. He is readily grabbing onto ideas his trainer believes has him "halfway there."

Been look for this site for a long time and finally found it. First, the customer service is great, the person in the line was very helpful and gave me options to paid for the service. Is easy and if you encounter any problem their staff that can walk you through and help. Be careful, there's many companies stating the same, look for the .org, that's a government agency.

BAD!!!
Very pricey and the psychological consultant was terrible. I had set a consultation appointment for Thursday (my only available day during the week) and they called 5 HOURS after my appointment time. I called and they told me to just wait for the person to call. I was literally already asleep by the time someone called. The next morning I received a text “today is your last day to schedule your consultation before we cancel and you will need to repurchase and reschedule.” I got my letter finally after a 5 minutes consultation, however the “mental health consultant” was quite literally the worst and most insensitive person. So disappointed by this experience and would never recommend to anyone!
