Apply for a no-risk consultation from a Licensed Mental Health Professional to see if you qualify for an Emotional Support Animal Letter for Housing.
In order to prove that an animal is an emotional support animal, you may be asked to provide documentation from a licensed professional (doctor, psychiatrist, or other mental health professional) stating that the animal is an essential part of treatment for a disability. A landlord or business may ask you to provide a doctor’s note or they could deny you and your emotional support animal.
How does it work?
1. Fill out our no-risk online consultation form.
2. You will be put in touch with a licensed mental health professional in your state.
3. The mental health professional will see if you qualify for an Emotional Support Animal letter for housing.
4. If approved, your letter will be sent via email the same day. If you are denied, you will not be charged.
A doctor in our network may be able to prescribe an emotional support animal with only one phone call. You don’t pay anything unless the mental health professional approves you There’s absolutely no risk to you, so give us a call at (985) 200-3521 or fill out our online consultation form.

They were amazing my previous ESA letter was denied 2 times. I explained I’m on a limited budget and dont have health insurance and just not a fan of medications the Dr had a great conversation with me and sent me my letter I was approved the next day!

I cannot say enough good things about Kristina S. and the customer service she provided me. I was extremely upset when I called, and she handled the entire situation with so much patience, compassion, and understanding. She genuinely listened to me and made me feel like she actually cared about what I was going through, which meant more to me than she probably realizes.

I had such a wonderful experience with Wayne! He was extremely helpful, friendly, and kind from the very beginning. I explained my situation to him, and he immediately offered to assist me and made sure I felt taken care of.
Wayne went above and beyond to make sure I received the same provider, and he followed through exactly as he said he would. What really stood out to me was that he even stayed on the phone with me while I went to Dollar General to complete a cash upload. That level of patience and dedication truly meant a lot to me.
He also made sure to explain all of the discounts and options that were available to me, so I felt informed throughout the entire process. He was professional, patient, reassuring, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me.

Would give a 0 if I could. I was just looking into registering my pet as an emotional support animal and was filling out the forms to see about the process. I got a call from the company pressuring me into paying for their services and trying to sign me up for a consultation with a therapist to get a doctors note. I had to repeatedly say that I wanted to talk to my husband first before they gave up and said they’d call the next day only after acting like I was dumb for wanting to think about it. I will not be using this company and do not recommend anyone else to use it. Do your research before going to any company to register your pet as an esa so you don’t get scammed.
