Apply for a no-risk consultation from a Licensed Mental Health Professional to see if you qualify for an Emotional Support Animal Letter for Housing.
In order to prove that an animal is an emotional support animal, you may be asked to provide documentation from a licensed professional (doctor, psychiatrist, or other mental health professional) stating that the animal is an essential part of treatment for a disability. A landlord or business may ask you to provide a doctor’s note or they could deny you and your emotional support animal.
How does it work?
1. Fill out our no-risk online consultation form.
2. You will be put in touch with a licensed mental health professional in your state.
3. The mental health professional will see if you qualify for an Emotional Support Animal letter for housing.
4. If approved, your letter will be sent via email the same day. If you are denied, you will not be charged.
A doctor in our network may be able to prescribe an emotional support animal with only one phone call. You don’t pay anything unless the mental health professional approves you There’s absolutely no risk to you, so give us a call at (985) 200-3521 or fill out our online consultation form.

I had a great experience with the lady…
I had a great experience with the lady that called me. She was very knowledgeable. The only thing is I only received an ID card . Didn't get the collar or the id tag in my package. That was very disappointing.

I worked with MJ to sign up, and she was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain everything to me and go over all of my options, which made me feel really comfortable and confident in my decision.

The help from all the usserviceanimals.org was amazing! The therapy consulting session I received was not the best, I paid extra money for the session for it to last less than five minutes. Other than that, everything was awesome, great customer service.

Amazing support team
Wayne K was my initial representative. He was helpful and told me about all offers without being pushy. He was even able to point me in the right direction when my leasing office’s pet verification partner was giving me issues. It took a month of going back and forth with USSA and the partner but every USSA representative has been helpful in the process. USSA has helped my pet and I get the support we need. They are kind and care about our housing situation. Thank you to all that helped us!
