Apply for a no-risk consultation from a Licensed Mental Health Professional to see if you qualify for an Emotional Support Animal Letter for Housing.
In order to prove that an animal is an emotional support animal, you may be asked to provide documentation from a licensed professional (doctor, psychiatrist, or other mental health professional) stating that the animal is an essential part of treatment for a disability. A landlord or business may ask you to provide a doctor’s note or they could deny you and your emotional support animal.
How does it work?
1. Fill out our no-risk online consultation form.
2. You will be put in touch with a licensed mental health professional in your state.
3. The mental health professional will see if you qualify for an Emotional Support Animal letter for housing.
4. If approved, your letter will be sent via email the same day. If you are denied, you will not be charged.
A doctor in our network may be able to prescribe an emotional support animal with only one phone call. You don’t pay anything unless the mental health professional approves you There’s absolutely no risk to you, so give us a call at (985) 200-3521 or fill out our online consultation form.

However I did place an order 2 weeks ago now and still have not received my documentation, but did receive a survey in my email about it. I’m just confused and want to find my documentation!

Great Service
I called 2 times the women who answered where very helpful. The 2nd time I called I wanted to purchase, what I could afford. I was not pushed to buy what I could not afford. I also had issues at my end sending a picture of my dog they were very patient with me. Thank you all again!

Everything about the experience was pretty good but I did receive a call and the person on the phone didn’t make it a good experience. They were kind of rude, it really didn’t seem like they were paying any attention to the question I asked, and dismissed me when I said I had everything filled out online and that I was just waiting for my next paycheck to come in before I continued. Also when I asked to call them back because they had called me in the middle of work, they just said okay and hung up on me. Definitely made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them trying to make a sale. Everything else was great, the online website was simple and easy to follow but the phone call was not a good experience at all.
