Apply for a no-risk consultation from a Licensed Mental Health Professional to see if you qualify for an Emotional Support Animal Letter for Housing.
In order to prove that an animal is an emotional support animal, you may be asked to provide documentation from a licensed professional (doctor, psychiatrist, or other mental health professional) stating that the animal is an essential part of treatment for a disability. A landlord or business may ask you to provide a doctor’s note or they could deny you and your emotional support animal.
How does it work?
1. Fill out our no-risk online consultation form.
2. You will be put in touch with a licensed mental health professional in your state.
3. The mental health professional will see if you qualify for an Emotional Support Animal letter for housing.
4. If approved, your letter will be sent via email the same day. If you are denied, you will not be charged.
A doctor in our network may be able to prescribe an emotional support animal with only one phone call. You don’t pay anything unless the mental health professional approves you There’s absolutely no risk to you, so give us a call at (985) 200-3521 or fill out our online consultation form.

What made my experience great was that they was respectful,honest and answered all my questions that needed to be answered they let me explain the reason for me being disabled and what my dog did for me she really did save my life and if it wasn't for her I wouldn't be here and if my friend was here today she would say the same thing and it's not only a dog being a dog it's about a dog knowing how you are and feels your energy to what's going on with you and how your feeling.

I was deceived
I was deceived. A google search about scams surrounding ESAs reveals what is ACTUALLY REQUIRED for an ESA and it doesn't cost nearly $400 to do so.
I later saw an unread email from my therapist saying "Yeah, just let me know if you want me to write a letter for you. That's all you need." I wish I'd seen this first before going on to that web site! They call you IMMEDIATELY it's too fast and too convenient. Alarm bells should have been going off.
They made me feel like an idiot. A competitor has an active class action. Go figure. I reached out to them to cancel my order and not process it with a 100% refund. I also contacted my credit card company to give them a heads up.
They use predatory tactics and confusing verbiage and are outright deceitful. They play every little trick in the book. They trick you into thinking you can't do anything and they make the rules, then they try to tell you how things work, lying through their teeth. It's insulting.
I'm so infuriated that I've reported with the FTC AND the local AGs consumer protective agency. They're in for a very tough time if they're keen on getting flagged by banks. If I wanted to be greeted with high pressure sales, blatant dishonesty and predatory practices against those will mental illness or disability, I'd go to a shady used car lot.
*EDIT/UPDATE*
I WAS refunded, but only because I refused to be bullied and pushed back and acted quickly and submitted a report to the FTC and AGs CPA. Them honoring the refund policy doesn't excuse their tact or methods.
I'm certain there are a few services or products they offer unrelated to ESAs that people appreciate, but if you're looking for ESA services, the adage "buyer beware!" is 100% applicable.

The website is good. I am disappointed i did not receive the registration number via email and over a week is scheduled before i should receive the identification card. i need the number asap to verify support animal registered and to book a flight.

Not trustworthy company
I ordered a dog collar. Contacted the company on several occasions asking for updates. All I get is an AI response. Tried to respond to cancel my order, they would not let me. Talked to a customer service rep that was rude and lied directly to me saying my order shipped but would not provide me a tracking number. Received email today saying my order is on back order. Would not let me cancel. Only wanted me to choose a different product.
Company asked for more information. No response. This has been disputed with my bank. Formal complaint has been filed.

I think this service is a good thing, but I think seniors should have to pay less because we live on a fixed income. I think that would be nice. It’s a good way to protect your animals to be safe.
