horrible, dishonest, sent a non-compatible truck, lied to the driver saying that when unloading I would have a fork lift, lied to me about prices, stopped responding to problems with the load I DO NOT RECOMMEND, DISHONEST COMPANY I had to send the cars to another place more than 50 miles away to rent a foro lift and have another correct truck, a flat bed, to return the vehicles to my yard, this generated more than 1000 dollars of extra expenses, they no longer answer the phone, they are not responsible for anything, they just want your money, and they take any communion (even if it is the wrong one) and you are left with the loss.

I only added one star because after reviewing one hundred and nine complaints and having this company lying about the price and service they offered MY BIGGEST WARNING TO EVERYBODY LOOKING TO USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY, they are trying to steal our money today and all those so called good reviews are either people being paid to say this or the companies own workers. TRUST ME DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

On 1/31/2025 my fiancé and I used US STAR TRUCKING LLC out of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Throughout the process both vehicles we were shipping were stolen due to US STAR negligence. The vehicles were a 2022 Lamborghini urus and a 2024 Cadillac Escalade. Both these vehicles had personal contents inside and we’ve taken an unimaginable loss due to this company. US STAR TRUCKING claims to have reserved RAM TANSPORTATION LLC out of Nevada to transport our vehicles but this company is not operable and doesn’t have current insurance to transport cars. This should have been easily caught by US STAR but due to their negligence we are out of a vehicle and personal items. I want to ensure other consumers are not put into the same situation. I believe the public should be made aware so that this doesn’t continue to happen.

Horrible company, I decided not to use them to move my truck, so now they constantly harass me with texts on a daily basis. Sometimes harassing me.insults, sometimes just random spam text slls. This company needs something better to do, then harassing me.

That's a cute reply, I have texted stop multiple times, and still over a year you are still lighting me up with text. I would think it's pretty weird that you would think I would want my truck shipped a year and a half later still. Like, hey man I'm still thinking about. No, stop now I have finally blocked you so I don't have to deal with it. But you guys are absolute joke.... Unprofessional.

Read below what I filed on BBB and don' be a stupid man like me.

This is a car shipment from CA to TX. Complain to the Broker company. Date of the transaction to the trucking company: 01/17/2025 via Zelle the amount of payment: $1,450.00 including storage fee(s) $250. The Original contract amount: $750.00. The scheduled pick-up date was 01/10/25 No one contacted me at least a day before. I got text messages from the broker, Jake, and was told that they don't take credit card payments and send money via Zelle. I was not able to do at the time because I was out of the office. Then he increased the shipping cost to $1,200 for the distance to pick up and the enclosed trailer service even though I didn't ask and want. I refused and asked him to cancel the service but he kept asking me to pay the cancellation fee $200 and I replied to No and cancel it. Then the next day 01/11/25 in the morning, a driver picked up the car from my dealer without my agreement. It arrived at my home on Monday 01/13 without pre-information of the ETA. My wife was at home and told me the driver asked to pay $1,200 in cash I refused that because I had never agreed to the cost and tried to contact the broker but he and the company have never answered or replied to me From the day of pick-up to Thu 01/16. The trucking company stored my car in the storage and it charged an additional storage fee to get it. On Friday 01/17 I contacted the trucking company and tried to get the car because I didn't want to add the storage fees day-by-day since the broker never taken care of this. I sent money $1,450 via Zelle which they asked for on Friday night and picked up the car. The trucking company told me that he sent me the receipt of the storage fee of $250 for 5 days but he didn't send it and replied to me until today 02/05/25. The trucking company told me that it must be handled by the broker but they only ship and the broker emailed me that they didn't care about the storage fee because I didn't receive it on the day. By Term #23 refund policy, I'd like to get refund.

I can explain how this works. These "online" brokerages all post to the SAME site for bids. They do only enough work to get you to sign with them. After that, it is the actually shippers you work with. The price will NEVER be what they actually quote. Also the pickup date is merely a suggestion as none of them are ever on time. US STAR by far is the most crooked of the bunch. I was offered a $500 price to ship my vehicle and it took almost a week after their promised pickup date to get someone to ship it. When the local shipper arrived, they said they picked it up off the site for $700 COD. At this point I needed it moved and agreed to the cost with the local shipper. Days later, these "do nothing" vipers decided to call me to sign an updated contract for $950. I refused as this was not the original agreement I signed which included $100 deposit. After the fact they still charge my credit card $260 for a contract I did not sign. Shady business practices that do nothing other than collect cash for finding a local shipper. Advice to everyone....call local shipping companies directly and avoid these incredibly corrupt brokers at ALL COSTS.

SCAM. Allen Carter a real piece of work. There soul purpose is to promise a lower price and the do the old Bait and Switch to charge you double. They will hold you car hostage and point out they will charge you a 200 cancellation fee after 7 days in the contract knowing they don't have a driver for the rate promise in the contract. True crooks they are really pathetic. Believe all the negative comments they are true. If I could give a negative million because a one star is too good for these Scam Artists. SCAM SCAM SCAMMERS

Changed the price the day before pick up. Would not honor signed contract. Flying out the next day so I did not have time to find another company.

US Star Trucking Inc. Representative Nicholas Clark provided good customer service. When I had to change the car pick up date Nicholas quickly found another carrier company at the same agreed upon price. He kept his word on everything, including the pick and delivery dates. Nicholas hired Y & C Carrier Inc. He texted a screen shot of Y & C Carrier Inc.’s website with all the pertinent information, including the owner/driver Junior and his dispatcher Irina’s name and number, and the company’s general telephone number.
Y & C Carrier Inc. was very professional, trustworthy and took excellent care of my car. Owner/driver Junior delivered my car ahead of schedule and in good condition. Dispatcher Irina provided great communication and even responded to my after business hours texts.
Thank you very much Nicholas Clark for good communication, service and hiring a professional and trustworthy transport company.

Companies can't just go under different names!!! Such as US Star Trucking aka US Starr Trucking or aka even Circle Christian School!! (as payment recipient) 🚨🚨

Nothing but a FRAUD!!! US Star Trucking LLC is the worst. Edward Malone lied on several occasions from the very beginning when I called to have my vehicle shipped from FL to KS on May 6th 2024 ($600 quote/$200 reservation fee). The first red flag was the day my car was to be picked up, Edward called saying the truck broke down (no driver name or contact info was provided). Edward knew my flight was scheduled the following Tuesday May 7th and I needed my vehicle picked up that Monday which he said "no worries".

When I asked Edward if he could find a way for my vehicle to be picked up, he said he would make some calls to see if he could find someone. The second red flag, shortly after Edward called stating he found a "one car hauling trucker" that could pick up and transport my vehicle on Tuesday May 7th at 9 a.m. The cost was $1500.00 and I would have to pay a $500 reservation fee, which I paid so I wouldn't have to reschedule or miss my flight.

Tuesday 9 a.m. came and the trucker was a no show. After 9:30 I reached out to Edward for an update advising him my vehicle was not picked up as he promised. After several attempts to reach Edward, he finally texted me saying he was on the phone with another driver and that's when I went online and saw the BBB listed US STAR TRUCKING as FRAUD!! multiple complaints indicated the same issues as myself.

Do NOT trust or use this trucking company, they are ONLY about scamming you out of money.

Edward Malone, I gave you a chance after you called wanting to have my vehicle shipped not realizing who you had called and me having to tell/explain to you about how you lied repeatedly and causing me to have to cancel my flight because you were unable to provide a way to transport my vehicle from FL to KS (had to drive myself to KS). I asked Edward to prove US STAR TRUCKING was legit and trustworthy by refunding my $500 back to my credit card and I would not give a bad review, as of to date Edward Malone refuse to reimburse me. Next step is filing a complaint with BBB and taking this company to court.

Company is a total scam. I needed a tow from central Illinois to Chicago. I got a call from this company. I spoke with Peter many times and he was telling me how he is the dispatcher for US Star. They were getting less and less reliable by day. I was supposed to get a car picked up on a Thursday and it was Monday, and he said nobody is available. I booked with a different company. Peter called and was really rude and telling me how I’m confused and how I messed everything up. He was telling me he needs $200 for his services. I called the guy who dropped off the tow and he confirmed with me, US had absolutely nothing to do with this all. I called the company that did my tow and I asked them about US Star. The company was immediately concerned and said whatever you do, do not reply or send US any money. It is pretty bad when another company knows that you are scammers. Also, US gave me an initial offer to ship for $250 I believe than all of the sudden they said it’ll be over $500. In the background of the call I heard another man, woman, and possibly a child. I’m not sure how this company is every operating. Peter also wanted me to send his payment on Cash app or Venmo, not professional.

Do not under any circumstances sign a contract with this company!!! They give you a supposed date and time of pickup and then they make you wait all day and never show up. Then when they fail to provide the service and you try to cancel, they refuse to cancel without making you pay a cancellation fee that is never disclosed to begin with. They are a pure representation of inadequate, self serving and deceptive business practice and should never be trusted. The worst form of customer service I have ever seen in my entire life!!

It's very pleasure to have business with this Us Star Trucking LLC. Philip communicated and responded almost 24/7. Easy load. Thankful and flexible customers. Quick load, quick payment. Absolutely recommend them to everyone. and looking for further cooperation.

The agent, Max Malone has been jerking me around for several days now. I had other options but let them go because I believed him. Now I'm forced into changing my plans for now. I can recover but how many people can't

This US star trucking company LLC out of Knoxville TN. gets zero star if that is possible.
My mother and stepfather (who are seniors and a veteran) had a contract signed months back for pickup this past week, they called 1 hour prior to pick up and said that the price is now going to be +$300, asked for a new contract to be signed. The explanation was basically that this is our busy season, and we now need more money than was contractually agreed. I assume that they had an option to squeeze in a last-minute customer in and unless we paid more, we were simply bumped out of the Scheule.
This is typical of a half as*** company who would deliberately take this action against their customers. Not trustworthy, whatever you do, get a different company to transport your car!!!

Also, don't want to see some sorry ass answer from the owner to try to make it sound like there was a legitimate reason for this like "We apologize for the unpleasant experience you had. Please email your problem and your Order ID to our email. Our Customer Service manager will resolve the issue at the best ability."

They don't have a customer service manager let alone customer service!

Do not work these people. they don pay
