absolutely fantastic service start to finish staff are all helpful and polite never pushed anything on us at all and there response time was second to none.

we had been stuck in a situation with previous tenant's dreadful supplier and we genuinely cant thank Archie enough for all his help and advice and most importantly the patience and hard work he put in over the last few weeks sorting out everything for us which aloud us to move forward with the cracking deal he found .

John Dean has been amazing and he has explained everything in great detail. Utilities can be very confusing it is a comfort to know I have been dealing with someone who knows what they are doing and that I can trust. He has found me the best deals and is sorting out a whole heap of problems for me.

Utility Trade did a great job in sorting our current electricity contract and contacted us to suggest it was worth looking at renewal prices now. John Dean was very easy to deal with and did a great job, not only coming back with better prices than everyone else but once we agreed, sorted out the paperwork in record time too! Great company to deal with and I am more than happy to recommend them to anyone.

We have had help from Utility for a few years now, Ele is really good at finding great deals, with our gas and electric, she always goes through the contract with you, to make sure you understand the way its costed out, letting you know the saving you will have over the period of the contract.
Ele is very bubbly and very confident in her job.

Dealing with Sarah Madden who was a very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful person made changing utility accounts a very easy and pleasant experience.
