Purchased the jump start with built in Compressor. Used several times then devoloped fault…zero response from UTRAI…Avoid, wish I’d read reviews on here.

I bought a UTRAI JS-5 jump starter because it advertised a 2-year warranty, long standby time, and the ability to reliably boost a vehicle.

The unit I received is essentially unusable. It shows fully charged, but after inflating a tire only 3–5 PSI, the battery drops to one bar and it no longer has enough power to jump start anything. It also loses charge extremely fast even when stored indoors, sometimes showing low battery after only 1–2 weeks unused.

I contacted support and requested a warranty replacement. I received one reply asking for photos/video, but after clearly requesting a replacement under the advertised warranty, they stopped responding entirely.

In my experience, the warranty advertised on the product listing was not honored.

I would not recommend relying on this company for an emergency device.

orders a jump starter, got an email they got my money en would be "distributed". 3 weeks later, NOTHING AT ALL, no email, nothing, just 200 euro gone, they could have made good money from interest alone with that, bad businessmodel. does not attract good clients like this.

I ordered a jump starter through AliExpress. After payment, the order was confirmed. After a few days, I received a message from UTRAI Official Store that the product I paid for was out of stock and they were finding me a better quality and more expensive product instead! And here's the surprise: the seller found it for me at no extra charge and without shipping fees!I received the jump starter and find it appropriate to publish the positive attitude towards the customer. I really appreciate the gesture. I also want to say that I am very satisfied with the product. Thank you.

Do not buy.
I bought their Jumpack as It wasn't the cheapest, so felt it would be good.
2 or 3 days our of the Amazon 30 day guarantee the lcd screen packed up. I have messaged Utrai numerous times but they have ignored me. I paid £99.99 for something that is useless!
Do not buy as if you have any problem there is NO support. If Utrai respond I will update this report.

Nel dicembre 2023 ho comperato da UTRAI un avviatore di emergenza per automobile. La UTRAI mi ha invitato a rilasciare una recensione in cambio di una carta regalo regolarmente inviatami. Successivamente con una mail mi si chiedeva di acquistare un altro prodotto UTRAI simile al primo e di fare una recensione (che ho fatto) per essere rimborsato dell’intero costo del prodotto. Ad oggi, dopo infiniti solleciti, del rimborso neppure l’ombra! Mi hanno inviato dei codici di sconto non attivi, e poi… il silenzio. Questo è il modo che hanno utilizzato per vendere la loro merce. Consiglio grande prudenza con questa azienda per non essere truffati come è successo a me.

I purchased a booster from the supposed OFFICIAL UK DISTRIBUTOR on 22/11/21 and inside the package there was a card which stated that I was entitled to a free gift of an air compressor if I sent an email with proof of purchase to Utrai, which I did. To date I have not had delivery of my free gift ,or any notification about it's whereabouts. This is unfair.
