I am genuinely impressed with the setup of the program. It not only offers practical, real-life projects but also enriches our understanding with new knowledge and a UX mindset in the weekly industrial class. The weekly workshops were a joy to attend. On occasions when I couldn't join live, the option to watch playback videos was invaluable. The weekly one-on-one sessions were another cornerstone of my learning experience, allowing me to delve deeper into project details and receive comprehensive guidance on my job search from patient and knowledgeable tutors. Additionally, collaborating with my teammates was an enlightening aspect of the program, where I learned effective note-taking techniques and diverse ways of thinking.

Jason is an amazing tutor who provided extensive guidance on research and offered constructive feedback for my portfolio. It would be even more helpful if Jason could require us to complete each part of the research individually before collaborating to combine our researches and finding.

It was incredible to take Laura's classes. Laura's expertise in UX research helped not only me but also our team to achieve excellent results. Our team couldn't believe we could get so much helpful insight already in the past 3 weeks. It was my pleasure to learn from Laura. I highly recommend those who want to master UXR skills talk to Laura!

The weekly 1-on-1 sessions have been incredibly helpful, not only for clarifying what we covered in advanced course, but also for sharing my resume and portfolio with the teacher and inquiring about her experiences in the industry. I believe having the opportunity to receive guidance from an industry designer truly boosts my confidence in preparing for job applications. It has also given me a better understanding of what aspects the industry values the most, helping me focus my efforts in the right direction

I'm in Team A2 and had Augustina as our coach. I really learned so much from her, not only in the small group session but also through 1 on 1 sessions. She has provided me with many references to look at when I felt confused on certain UX process. During the 1 on 1 sessions, I also gained very insightful feedback regarding my personal portfolio and resume, as well as career prep. I am very grateful to have Augustina as my UX coach. I joined UXGO to help with my career change and to improve my resume and portfolio. The advanced classes and member courses have been really helpful, fixing the scattered learning I had before.
