David Hopper and the ApplyPass team delivered a level of professional services that I have never seen anywhere else, in any industry. David was there to coach me before every interview with actions to take to prepare as well as after interviews to go over what to learn from them. Having someone in my corner made a huge difference not just in improving my skills but in keeping up morale in what can be a long and grueling task.
I had many years of experience in software development but had taken a multi-year break in academia, getting a Ph.D. and working as a professor for two years. Job search had changed quite a bit since I was last in it. I needed help navigating the new world of interview loops and leetcode.
