VA Art-Glass e-Shop Reviews

Ordered 3 sets of the glass hob protectors for choice. Arrived well wrapped and within the advised timescale. All 3 sets were above our expectations and we ended up keeping 2 sets and returning just the one. Refund actioned promptly and communication from seller was excellent. A high class product and a good company to deal with.

I ordered a glass hob cover using one of my own photos. It arrived today and it is excellent - we are very pleased. VA Art-Glass were really helpful responding to my questions and confirming how my photo would look on the glass. They have an amazing number of product options and images, but it’s especially nice to be able to use ones own photo. Thank you VA Art-Glass.

From ordering to delivery this company was excellent.
The item ordered was as described online and although it was glass it arrived intact as it was packaged well.

I can only echo what a lot of people have already said on there product,a breath of fresh air to use a family run business. The quality is second to none and have and will recommend there products. Once again thank you .

I emailed this company and asked for something specific in size etc..Violetta was amazing at replying and nothing was too much trouble. I received it today and I absolutely love it! The price was amazing too! Will definetly order from them again.

I would highly recommend this family run company. Such a breath of fresh air to get exactly what you expect your order to look like. The quality is brilliant. Their prices are extremely competitive without taking away from the quality. From start to finish their service as been quick and professional. We were able to track our parcel once it had been dispatched which we received a email from VA ART GLASS to notify us. It was extremely well packaged. A five star service. Looking forward to putting up our gorgeous new glass splash back.

Highly recommend this company if you would like a favourite photograph made into a glass picture.
I recently used Vaartglass to print a picture of my two granddaughters onto glass. You are able to choose whatever size suits. I was absolutely thrilled with the result. It looks fantastic on my living room wall and has been much admired. This is, in my opinion, a much better option than a canvas print. Far more impressive! Will not hesitate to use this company in the future.

Fantastic company to deal with. Would highly recommend them. Great communication and top quality product. Thanks guys just finnishes off my kitchen 👍💕 If you were even thinking about dont hesitate just do it.

Highly recommend VA Art-Glass. We recently ordered be-spoke glass picture. Violetta who dealt with our order was brilliant. Contact was quick, the process was easy and the picture itself arrived very quickly. It was extremely well packaged so as to avoid any damage in transit. Would highly recommend this company and would certainly look to use again.

We ordered a splashback from one of our own photos and we were extremely pleased with it and the prompt delivery service we received.

Great price, fast Delivery, Perfect Design. and made to my measurements exactly AAAA++++ Great company to deal with

Excellent service especially in these uncertain times. The whole process was easy, kept informed about delivery times and my Splash Back arrived quicker than I'd expected. The fitting instructions were easy to follow.
Theses products are such good value, will definitely be using VA again
Thank you

I have an 80cm ceramic induction hob and was looking for 2 x 40cm wide decorative glass cutting boards to sit on top of the hob as both as a protector and to provide extra work space.
The website only showed smaller tops available and the design I wanted wasn't shown either. However on contacting VA Art I explained what I was looking for and they were able to provide me with what I wanted. They responded very quickly and kept me informed with progress on my order which I anticipate to be slower than usual because of government restrictions linked to COVID-19. in fact, the glass arrived sooner than expected, although there was a slight defect which was dealt with straight away and a replacement ordered and swiftly delivered.
I would definitely recommend this company. Five stars for flexibility in supply and customer service. The glass looks great.
Many thanks!

I have used Vaartglass for quite a few personal glass wall images now, fantastic service, quality and price, will definitely be ordering more!

Excellent service, worth every penny and wait as well. Thank you

I wanted to brighten and freshen up my kitchen had looked around for a glass splashback and found VA Art-Glass to be IMHO the best around in terms of choice and price, even better they offered free delivery, I choose a design I liked and was promised a delivery date which was kept, it was packaged very well with clear insructions for fitting, now its up it looks fantastic, and I take everyone into the kitchen to show it to them, and tell them where I bought it, I would recommend this firm to anyone.
