Prompt response to our initial call regarding a problem with wasps in our garden . Although no nest could be found , Stephen with his ‘magic’ spray has certainly eradicated the problem for the time being. With the promise of a return visit should they return in the next few days .
Won’t hesitate to use Valour again. Reasonably priced …..and equally important, turns up when he says he will !

We had ants downstairs in our house, for quite a while before we called valour services as we were using store bought products which only got rid of them for a bit, they soon came back. They have now gone Thankyou to Steve and his team, will definitely be using them again if we ever need to.

I can’t thank Steve enough for everything he did to help us tackle a nightmare carpet beetle infestation we inherited in our new house. From the moment he stepped through the door, he was not only professional but genuinely kind, down-to-earth, and incredibly thorough. He went above and beyond in every way—helping move furniture, checking every nook and cranny, and explaining everything clearly so we felt reassured throughout the process.

He didn’t just treat the problem, he owned it—and made sure every single beetle knew it was no longer welcome. 😂

Steve, you’re a legend. We are honestly a bit sad that we won’t see you again—though hopefully that’s because the beetles got the eviction notice loud and clear so we never have to go through anything like this ever again!
