I love my furniture! Delivery was smooth and as stated in my order! My bed to easy to set up as well as sectional. It has exceeded my expectations! I will purchase more furniture from ValYou furniture! 🫶🏽🔥🔥

The short version is....I WISH THAT I READ THE REAL REVIEWS 1ST! I just ordered and it said available in stock but now the delivery is saying 2 months out. What a shame because it looks like a good product but I will never know because I am canceling and just going to RH.

We were very concerned based on reviews, but our friend had a Valyou couch, and we had to have it. We ordered and followed up with customer service about our concerns based on what we read. They were honest and helpful. We received our couch in Florida two weeks after ordering. It was hardly the months and months people have written about waiting. They scheduled a date the moment they knew we were concerned, and stuck to it. Couch arrived in perfect condition and we are thrilled. Don’t believe the hype. Highly recommend.

I want to write a more positive review, I just received the furniture a few days ago and upon initial inspection it seems ok. My problem is with the shipping, the shipping company subcontracted by Valyou was the most unpleasant encounter I have ever had. They were dismissive, rude and downright unkind. Valyou needs to own their whole buying experience and choose subcontractors wisely, with all the options out there I recommend using anyone else- perhaps a company who cares how their customers are treated.

Valyou called to make sure I was home for the delivery and I took off from work to be there and the delivery service would not even address me, or carry the package to the top of my steps. They also sent a delivery receipt indicating the delivery was unattended. They were downright rude and dismissive.

Ordered this feathers arm chair and looks great in my living room! This is my 2nd time ordering from Valyou (ordered an Intimo couch the 1st time) and love it!
Highly recommend, the furniture is high quality and ships very quickly.

I purchased a TV console and had a wonderful experience. The product quality is excellent, and both the store staff and the delivery team were very courteous and professional. The delivery was punctual, and overall, their products and services are outstanding. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Valyou made ordering fast and easy with their In-Stock notification on every product. Processing only took 2 days & confirmed date and time of delivery which was only 3 days apart (weekend mind you!). An entire sofa in 5 days to Socal with their own excellent & professional movers. I will 100% order again.

This is the absolute best investment I have made on furniture. I love that I can finally have something light colored anything with a German Shepherd fur baby. It was easy to assemble and completed the whole vibe I was going for!

Enjoyed checking out a sofa in person before purchase. I decided on a gray one, told available in 3-5 days. Perfect. The next day I got a text about my beige sofa delivery. I called and apparently the order was inputted wrong and gray is on back order. I didn’t hear anything for a month and when I called was told they still hadn’t received the sofa. Ultimately it took about 6 weeks. Delivery was fine and within the two hour time frame provided for the day. The cardboard boxes are huge- I wish they would have broken them down or hauled them away. Sofa is comfy and low to the ground, which is what I wanted.

I really love this sectional I really recommended specially if you have kids, because you can wash it

The couch was a great price and really nice. It was delivered within a couple days of ordering and was very easy to put together. Really cute store with lots of cute stuff. Love it!

We loved our experience from Valyou. We had been eyeballing the Feathers couch online but wanted to sit on it in person before purchasing. We were greeted when we walked in and helped immediately. We easily found what we were looking for and we’re able to sit on the couch. The covers were on sale as well so we decided to purchase with the help of the associate, who was very kind and extremely helpful. We purchased and was told it would arrive by the upcoming week. It came 4 days later, our couch and covers. There was tracking on the delivery email so we could even see how many stops left before delivery. It was extremely easy to unbox and set up, then changing the covers (which are washable) was extremely easy and we pretty much got 2 couches instead of one just by getting a second cover set. We definitely plan on purchasing from Valyou Furniture again.

The perfect couch for me and my doggo. Valyou Sales agents were friendly and helpful. The installation was super simple, there was nothing to install, just put the two parts of the sofa together. Thank you!

The furniture looks really nice and it was easy to put together. The excellent delivery guy put it together while I watched.

I love this couch so much. It’s the first sectional I’ve ever had, and it’s probably a bad thing that I fall asleep on it every night when I should have just gone to bed. I don’t wake up in pain when I do wake up, so that’s pretty telling when constantly falling asleep on the couch. The only issue is that I have to do the occasional fluffing workout to keep the cushions as cloudy as I like them, but that could also be a plus depending on how you want to look at it, and that’s why I would take a star away because the effort wouldn’t be for everyone. It looks great, makes my living room look cozy, cats love it and I’ve been so happy with my couch for the past year or so

I got the feather sectional for our new apartment and am loving it so far. The fact is comes assembled in boxes and is modular was the biggest selling point for us. Super streamlined delivery and set up process. Great customer service!

Compared to other fabrics or high-end brands is not up to par but it's great bang for your buck!

Although there was a technical issue at first delivery date, the delivery team and coordinator remained professional and ensured 2nd delivery attempt was successful and expeditious. The delivery team was efficient, effective, and courteous. Awesome team at Valyou!

Do NOT order from Valyou furniture under any circumstances. Save yourself the stress and time please. I ordered the feathers sectional since February and its now March and the tracking is saying I should receive my order my June. They keep pushing the tracking further out. I have been sitting on my floor no couch for the past one month because of these people. I have cancelled my order and I am sure i would have to fight them for my refund which i am ready for that

It adds a great sense of style to my new apartment, the service was so easy and top-tier, and most of all it's comfortable. I can lounge all day.
