These couches has sooo many good reviews on their site but zero under three stars. I got the “feathers” couch. It is so uncomfortable. Not soft at all. I feel like I wasted a lot of money on something I need to replace. You can get a more comfortable sofa at a discount furniture store for less money unfortunately. I was so looking forward to it and thought it would be worth the month wait for delivery.

Scam! - Watch out people, I wish I read these before giving away them 5k. They never gave me a couch nor back my money, they just said challenge the bank. The bank said this was not the first time they had a client call about this furniture store. They are a scam or stealing. I ordered in March 2022.... Two years later nothing. Its not even worth the head ache, stay away trust us. We got our reviews deleted. They are probably going to post the same message below to mind too.... watch.

I love shopping at Valyou Furniture. The team is so welcoming and the LA Showroom has continually gone above and beyond. Ivan was so great to work with and went out of his way to arrange a delivery of the feather's sofa all the way from New Jersey. Although I ultimately had to cancel the order due to my apartment falling through, it really meant a lot to see he and his team go above and beyond for me like that.

I recently just purchased the Valkoko Sideboard for the second time in two years because its a statement piece and really stands out. I can't wait to receive my Wave Coffee table today as well.

Our family just moved into a new apartment and needed a new sofa to fit the oddly sized space. After countless visits to Ashley, Jerome, Living Spaces, etc. and internet searches, we just couldn’t seem to find one in that sweet spot between $500 and $5k. A final search led us to Valyou. After reading the many high recommendations and watching customer videos, we were intrigued. Any concerns were allayed by visiting their amazing showroom and trying out the different pieces in person - all so comfortable with that sink-in, nap-ready/movie-watching feeling. The sales staff could not have been more helpful - they even went so far as to review a photo of our living room and help us settle on the perfect sofa for the space. Plus the washable covers can be swapped out for a change of pace. As an added bonus, it would be delivered in three days, not weeks/months like other stores. Our new sofa arrived yesterday and it’s perfect, just as they said it would be. And it looks more premium than the others we sampled. Their sales staff made the experience easy and stress-free. We’re so incredibly pleased with the purchase so far.

Both times delivery was smooth and packed nicely. This set is absolutely beautiful and looks great in our home. The entire family loved it even the dog. it’s extremely comfortable

The Feathers Sectional and Feathers Armchair exceeded my expectations. Delivery service was fast and on time. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for new high quality furniture!

Awful! I ordered a sofa and cover. Sofa arrived late. Material and construction is NOT as described. THEN 2 YEARS later, they still have not delivered my cover and are just playing “nice on email,” but basically blowing me off. They even told me to just challenge it with my CC at this stage, which I can’t. It’s been over 2 years and they know that. They basically robbed me! 20 foot pole, stay away. I have gone back and forth with them via email so so so many times. It’s a joke.

I received my chaise lounge/love seat combo yesterday. The chaise is super comfortable, but the love seat feels like I'm sitting directly on wood. The chaise is also higher/taller than the love seat.
When I contacted the chat line, I was told they don't handle the "extension" and she can't find my order. Really? I just got it yesterday. Apparently, even though I paid Valyou for the furniture, I'm supposed to contact another company? Designer something. That's BS.

In response to the reply: why would the customer service rep not try to collect more info from me? Why would she try to blame another company? I was using the chat on your website--how is that not contacting you directly?

Ordered the 88in feathers sectional and I love how it looks! Qualify feels great and that brings me peace of mind

BLUF:
I’d give zero stars if I could, and I feel a fool for falling for what seems eerily like a scam at this point. The item wasn’t in stock when they said it was, delivery is delayed for mysterious reasons they can’t resolve, and I can’t dispute the $941 charge with my card company because that window closed before the original delivery date.

I ordered the Charm 2.0 bed in September 2023 because it was similar to the Thuma bed at a lower price. It was shown as being in stock on their site.

Valyoū pushed off my original Nov 2023 estimated delivery date and notified me in Dec 24 that stock was assigned to my order. So much for it being in stock at the time of purchase. In the beginning of Jan 2024, I received notice that my bed was at a warehouse in my state, and there it sits still.

The warehousing company says that the vendor won’t release my order for delivery. Valyoū says “We’ll look into that and get back to you in 3-5 business days”, only to not reach out. When I follow up, I get the same “3-5 days” answer, and no progress is made.

I asked the warehousing company to give me contact info for the vendor, and they gave me the info for Cymax Business Furniture. Assuming this company does fulfillment for Valyoū, I reached out to them for information and to see if they were the hold up on my order. If I get a response and can update this review I’ll do so.

Best case resolution:
I get the bed I payed $941 for 5 months ago delivered promptly, and it’s the high quality that all these 5-star reviews claim. I think there’s a near zero chance of this.

Worst case resolution:
The bed doesn’t actually exist and I won’t get my money back. We’ve already rolled past the time limit on disputing the charge, which conveniently happened around the time of the original estimated delivery date. Oh, and they won’t give me a refund unless they can find a new buyer for the

Edit: Valyoū replied to this review saying they couldn’t locate my order, which is to be expected since I didn’t give out my last name and mailing address freely on a review site. But rest assured this is a factual account of my experience with them.

We received a bed frame and a sectional couch from ValYou and could not rave more about both. They arrived on time, kept us up to date on tracking, and made delivery incredibly easy. I’d recommend 10/10 to anyone!

I ordered the Feathers Sectional, Charm 2.0 Bed, and the Kedman Extendable table. I love all 3 pieces and can’t express enough how well packaged it was and how much the furniture had added to my space! All 3 were very easy to put together! I’ll order from Valyou again in the future!

Delivery was on time and the drivers (Cameron and Gilbert) were very helpful.
Overall, the experience has been great from start to finish.

Update:
Valyou customer service reps worked behind the scenes to expedite the delivery of my sofa. This was great because we weren't going to have one for my daughters birthday party if it came around the original timing. I received it yesterday and we really appreciate the assist from them getting it before that.

I ordered a sofa in late November in 2023. the site said i would receive it in late January. Now in early February they said that it just arrived at the shipping facility and it will take another 3 weeks to send out. the item better be good because this is not an acceptable amount of time to wait for a sofa.
