Excellent service. Great delivery set up! Very nice delivery guys! The sofa is so comfy.. feels like $1mil dollars of comfort!

DO NOT BUY FROM VALYOU. My experience with them has been beyond HORRIBLE . This review is regarding an order I placed online and not at a store. I placed an order for a sectional and a coffee table on their website. They sent me a broken sofa, I realized that 30 minutes after the delivery was made and informed them about it, after a few days back and forth they said they will not replace the defective item because I did not keep the packaging!!! I mean who keeps a box for 3-4 days in case it’s needed??? That’s a bogus condition they have to avoid honoring the warrant.
on top of that, they still haven’t sent me the coffee table a month and a half after the order was placed because they don have it even though it was marked available on the website then.

The delivery guys delivered my couch about 4 months ago, so I’m very late on this review. I have no complaints over how they worked. They got here on time, they called me 20 minutes before the delivery time and called me once they were here. There was so hassle whatsoever. They were very friendly, made conversation and made sure the couch was placed exactly how I wanted it.

This sofa exceeded my expectations. I went and saw it at the ValYou storefront in Downtown Los Angeles immediately knew I should have it. It was a little worn at the showroom, but showed up to my doorstep in prestine condition.

If you’re think about getting this couch or comparing it to another, look no further. It is as advertised!

Cameron completed an impressive delivery to say the least. He arrived timely and carried the piece of furniture by himself although I offered to help. Five star service for sure!

Valyou delivered my Feather sectional super fast I ordered January 22nd and received my couch January 24th. The team was very communicative with setting everything up. And the best part is I already love my couch it’s so comfy and elevates my living room. Thank you Valyou!

Great experience from top to bottom, delivery was super fast, quality is fantastic, it was so hard to find a bed frame that looks modern and high end without costing an arm and a leg so I’m very happy to find such a great piece, it looks very good and very pleasant to touch.

I ordered my feather sofa from Valyou, the process was seamless and communication too notch. The delivery team Cameron and Jerome were able to accommodate my delivery needs and get my product to me seamlessly. I look forward to shopping Valyou again in the near future. Great service great product.

I ordered the Atlas dining room table in September due for delivery in early November. It was delayed until end of December. No one contacted me, I couldn't get a hold of anyone. Someone finally reached out to schedule my delivery and I heard nothing back for weeks after that, and I kept following up with no luck. In early January I was contacted by the delivery company to tell me my order was badly damaged during transit and the table was broken. Valyou STILL will not refund me. I have spent so much time and energy trying to get a hold of someone to help me and cannot. I've thrown $1,000 out the window. DON'T BUY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY

I love that they responded to this to make it seem like I’m not a legitimate customer. My order number is VA12866 and I’ve sent 10 images to their customer service of the severely damaged boxes and product that were sent to me from the delivery company as well as forwarded their original email to me. Just insane how untrustworthy this business! Island Deliveries received the order from Metropolitan Warehouse whom Valyou contracts with for their freight. They just need to refund me and work with Metropolitan to be compensated for their damaged goods. RIDICULOUS!

We’re very happy with our new pieces from Valyou furniture! We purchased The 5th Closed Sectional and The Eclipse sofa for our new custom built home. We went to the LA store after seeing several posts on Facebook and Instagram from happy customers. We were most impressed with the quality, the unique style, and excellent customer service. Our pieces arrived a week later, and we received frequent tracking updates. The delivery guys were very helpful, and a courtesy call to ensure our satisfaction. We definitely recommend Valyou furniture and expect to add more to our collection!

From testing it out at the store (2 different times) to getting it delivered to our home, everything was a smooth process and the ppl at Valyou have been available and kind. We’ve been enjoying our feather couch so far this past week.

Really enjoy my feather couch so far. The shopping experience was really easy. The showroom employees were very nice and helpful. The couch was delivered 3 days after purchasing which was awesome.

Couch was delivered weeks after it was supposed to be. The quality is terrible. I tried to get issue resolved with no luck. This company has no integrity and they are just a bunch of theives.

Comfy couch, good material. Comes in 2 piece, so it's easy to assemble and take it up the stairs.
It is on a soft and lower side than regular couches.

Beautful couch. I chose the gray 110 sofa as I have a fur baby. So the elegant off white color wouldn’t work for me. Extremely comfortable. Delivery within 4 weeks of purchase. Only one downfall is that the couch sits a tad lower than a standard couch. Definitely in love!

We love our new couch so much! They gave me a great deal I couldn’t refuse and the couch definitely was worth the wait. It’s so comfy, you don’t want to get up after getting cozy.
