The website is easy to navigate, with a wonderful range, especially if like me ,you need a larger size. The item was delivered quickly with no problem. All -in -all a good experience.

It's so refreshing to find an outdoor performance clothing company who do bigger sizes. I have just bought the ALTA III jacket and love it! Finally a jacket which closes over my "girls".... And not all pink. Extremely happy with this. And being of a certain age, the cooling vents are fabulous.

I absolutely love the hiking trousers I ordered. They fit beautifully and move with me, almost feel like leggings. They kept the mud and water out even when being used for mountain biking in the driving rain. Very very impressed.

I'm not plus sized but I sleep like a bent coat hanger and that means I get cold spots on my sleep system, other outdoor outlets can charge a premium for wider fits...I'm also tall so I got a wide and tall bag. It was the cheapest out there for such things.
I also love the fact they cater for people who are plus sizes...people like my wife, whos all calf and hip...so she now uses vampire.
Websites great, service is great and has that independent feel.
Small companies tend to respond to problems quicker and in a more caring manner, so you have a more reassuring transaction...not that I had any problem!

Vampire Outdoors has by far the best selection of plus size outdoor clothing and gear in the UK. The owner Rebecca is so helpful giving advice on sizing and what items best suit your needs. We need to support the businesses we want to see continue and prosper, and this small, female owned business is a great example of a business I want to see stick around for a long time.
