Amazing service from start to finish. Vanamango arranged collection of many items from a location all the way in the North near Scotland to the South. Despite travelling such a long distance they ran to time and delivered my items in perfect condition. I highly recommend them.

Got a next day booking which was brilliant, price good too. Two men delivered the item in the middle of the slot time which was also good. Thoroughly recommend.

Very good service. Despite the time they had to respond, they did it excellently and very professionally. An hour before the appointment I called them to come earlier and they did. Trust me, Vanamango is not worth the savings -- they don't vet their drivers, they sent me over two men who were so physically unfit to lift items up stairs that they ended up in a screaming match at my house, disturbing the neighbors. They then proceeded to WRECK the stairwell in my building, causing my landlord to charge me SIX HUNDRED POUNDS worth of renovation costs on my already stressful day of moving. I have since spent months trying to get my money back from Vanamango -- when Vanamango ruins your belongings, they will not take responsibility, instead claiming their workers are just "contractors" and that the matter must be resolved personally. Typical 21st century "disruptive" gig economy business practice. The driver has since been extremely uncooperative, made insults about myself and my partner not being British, and has refused to pay. DON'T use Vanamango, hire a reputable van company. After 3 months of arguing over the phone, I really wish I could go back and never have booked them in the first place.

VanaMango were great very nice and kind and professional there was an old man and a young lad who came to do my removal from the first floor and the ground floor they professionally stacked my boxes in their separate variety in front of my parents house and then loaded up the van with teamwork and with teamwork also they climbed 2 flights of stairs to position the boxes in my chosen room at 15 boxes in they started asking me to count my boxes and then right at end I thought they misplaced one box which the old man started taking the mickey of but I asked them to wait while I recounted the boxes and surely enough I found the missing box on top of my boxes I told them this and they were glad the job was properly done and so was I good job vanamango I will use you again in the future! 😀

Had a job of moving a washing machine and fridge to one place, and then move the old ones at that house to another - was really stressed because my tenancy agreement ended on the Sunday. Chris was really helpful, quick to respond and got something booked for the Saturday (and I only booked on Friday) the value for money was also good compared to other big names I used before. Will be using Vanamango again!

Absolutely superb! 2 man crew where so respectful of our furniture and towards ourselves. Can't praise them enough. Many thanks 😊

They sent two movers who were in such bad physical shape they could not lift any of our items, and so they DESTROYED the stairs, wall, paneling and the railing in my new house by shoving these items up the stairs! They seemed surprised that they would need to bring a washing machine to the second floor, even though I wrote it in the request 5 days earlier, and it took them two hours for it. Not to mention they were shouting and cursing at each other about it for the entire time. The reviews are good, but if you read the fine print, Vanamango does not actually train these drivers, they are only contractors who only need to have a driver's license. For shame! Don't risk the cheap price -- my landlord wants me to pay for a renovation of the stairwell, my neighbors already hate me and I've barely moved in!

Super easy and Hassel free to book the night before a sofa collection was needed - great customer service and a lovely driver. Would definitely use again!
