I am really fed up with this app. Guys, if you have any urgent payments, do not use this app because we cannot expect the funds to reflect immediately. This is not the first time this has happened to me.
I made a transfer from the Mashreq UAE app. They received the money and sent a credited message, but I did not receive the funds. Later, I saw a failure message in the Aspora app, and I still have not received the money back in my Mashreq account. At first, I thought the issue was with my Mashreq UAE account.
Then I sent another payment from my ENBD account, and the same thing happened. It showed as credited, but the funds were not received in my India account, and there was no return to my UAE account.
So guys, if you have any urgent payment to a beneficiary account, do not use this app anymore.

Worst service I transfer and it was showing same day. Once it’s transferred then it was showing it will take 24 hrs to credit now almost 72 hrs . Still not credit to my account. Really worst service

The app is very reliable, it gives real time exchange rates. I don't have to go to a money exchange and bargain for rates. A few days into using the app, I had some issues with transferring funds; but the customer support team from the help center meticulously followed it up, contacted me over the phone and helped resolve it. I have to be grateful to Mr. Shanmukh for helping me out
Doubting Vance Aspora’s Trustworthiness!!
I transferred £3,000 GBP to INR on 27th June, and it has been 4 days, yet the money has not been credited to the beneficiary account. Strangely, the Vance Aspora app shows the transaction as "completed."
When I contacted customer care, they repeatedly stated the transaction was completed without verifying any details. Only after I insisted and shared my account statement was a support ticket raised — but even after that, it's been 4 days with no update.
I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and responsiveness. This experience has led me to lose trust in Vance Aspora, both in terms of service quality and customer support.
Let me know if you'd like a shorter version for app store or public review platforms.

I made a transfer on 27 its been 3 days yet it not been credited to beneficiaries account and im struggling with that as its really important and they ain’t helping at all from any point i want the money as its an emergency situation im in. At 3:30 PM , I sent 7,800 AED through Aspora App, relying entirely on their bold claim that transfers happen "within minutes." Three hours later (6:30 PM), my account remains empty. When I contacted customer support in a panic, they casually informed me the money "might take up to 24 hours" to appear – a direct contradiction to their advertised service.
This isn’t just a delay; it’s a bait-and-switch. Aspora uses "instant transfer" marketing to lure users, but behind the scenes, they clearly hold funds for 1-2 days to benefit their own cash flow or business operations. My 7,800 AED is essentially an interest-free loan to them, while I’m left stressed and financially stranded

This app made us in trouble. They will not pay money on time to account. They will take our money for their adjustments and they will provide the money after their use. It will take days to reach our account. It's my second experience like holding my money for days.

They have deducted the money from my account saying that it will be credited in my Indian account in 10 minutes its been 1 day and still there is no trace of money it shows processing . And their customer support keep extending timeline. Please save yourself and dont use this app.

It's been more than 3 days amount not transferred. Every day ETA keep changing. Customer support team close the chat with giving update. I am clueless whom to reach now..no contact details whom I can reach.

Extremely Disappointed with Delayed Money Transfer
I recently used Vance for a money transfer, and I must say, I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received. Despite being assured that the transfer would be completed within 2 hours, it took much longer than expected.
When I initially made the transaction, I felt confident based on the promised timeframe. However, the delay was frustrating, and the lack of communication during this period only added to my dissatisfaction. Not only did I have to wait much longer than promised, but it also created unnecessary stress as I was counting on the funds to arrive promptly.
This experience has made me question whether I can rely on Vance for future transfers. Customer expectations, particularly regarding timely service, should be a priority, and this experience fell short.
I hope the company takes these concerns seriously and improves its service in the future.

I had a very bad experience. I sent money 3 days ago and still have not received the money by my recipient nor has it been returned to my account. They do not have any customer service contact number, and they never reply to chat . The app is useless, and they only provide repeated apologies in recorded messages. I am very worried.

Poor customer service
I've been using the Vance app for a year, but I’m extremely frustrated with their customer service. There’s no contact number available, only a chat option. The response time is terrible, often taking 4-5 hours to get a reply. And even after waiting so long, they close the chat by saying I’m not online! How am I supposed to stay online for hours just to get a response? This issue has been ongoing for a year, and it still hasn’t been resolved. I’m done and will be quitting Vance.

The app works fine for regular transactions, but their customer service is terrible. If you run into an issue, be prepared for long waits. I’ve been waiting over 24 hours for a response via live chat, and there’s no phone number to call—only email and chat, both of which are slow. When they do reply, it’s often with generic responses that don’t solve the problem. If they improve their support, the experience would be much better.

Dear all. The vance app is completely fraud. Its 3rd time iam facing this issue. They will collect your money, and they will keep it for themselves until you question them. Be carefull on your hard earning money. Today also they are lieing that, money is credited in my account, which is not. Use BOTIM app. The transfer will happen within 5 minutes time
