Worst experience…i sent money to india..its been 3 days still money not received…..could not connect customer support as we need to wait for nearly 2 hours..once connected, need to wait nearly 15 mins for each reply…the reply from the customer support is quite funny as they have no idea what they say…dont go for vance if u need to send money on emergency basis......still i am waiting for the amount to be credited to beneficiary
Very disappointing..
I had sent money on 5th March 2025 from Ireland to India and money got deducted from my revolut account but the transfer failed. Since then its been 12days no news about the money that got deducted. Their auto support system just say apologies. I had also sent to their support emails but no reply yet. Even tried to contact Prakash Pillai whose whatsapp contact was given in their website. But he is not even answering or taking normal calls. Very disappointed with Vance. I initially recommended everyone but now since there is no response to my problem here and seeing many people facing the same I would never recommend anyone to transfer via vance app. Very disappointing experience.

Worst Money trasnfer till date
Worst Money trasnfer till date. Error in money trasfer and waiting for refund over 15 days. Customer care/ live chat is a joke,,, no real human AI base chat. You will get a real response in 6-8 hours mostly 6-8 am UK time. I am still waiting for my refund which was promise.. Go some where else

Vance !! A Fraud or Startup Hiccup?
Had done two remittances of AED 5,000 each in January 2025 without any hassle.
However, have made a remittance of a bulk amount on 10 March 2025 and till date (14 March 2025) there is no trace of the money! Amount debited from my bank account here in UAE but not yet credited to India except the app states Processing( Transfer Initiated Mar 10. 7.41 pm- Payment Recieved - Mar 10 7.43 pm - (Transfer Complete shows greyed out)

Customer service section shows 24/7 but it’s a joke as it never connects to an agent.
I do not whom to contact to obtain a refund or what else to do next.
Have checked in friends circle and can find one other friend is also facing the similar issue where he also remitted a bulk amount.
Sent a mail to Vance customer care without any response so far and two reminders sent so far.

They called me saying it will be credited back within 2-3 days.

Still awaiting to get my money back.

Funds not transferred yet : 10 days
It's been 10 days now and the funds are still not transferred. I initiated the transfer on 3rd Mar from UK to India. Gave Vance team my beneficiary account bank details as well. But still inspite of multiple follow ups via calls, emails or chat, i have not been able to get any support.
Hopefully somebody reads this and reaches out soon to solve the issue at their end.

Stuck in verification pending stage
I signed up to Vance and submitted the details for ID verification. They suggest to verify the ID within 24 hours but its been more than a week now and verification is still pending. There is no communication from Vance to suggest why its in pending stage. I tried to reach out support through chat but only bot responds with useless answers and no real human is available. I emailed the support team too but no response so far. There is no customer care phone number either. Very poor service and I’m not satisfied at all.

I expected a smooth and reliable service, but this delay is unacceptable, especially when urgent funds are needed. Customer support has been unresponsive and unhelpful.

I have been using the Vance app for a couple of months without any issues. However, my recent transfer made through the app on March 8, 2025, failed, but the amount was still deducted from my bank account. I was informed that the refund would be processed within two days, but the status message still shows that they are trying their best to transfer the money, even though it states "failed."
I have tried to escalate the issue through all possible channels but have received no response. Kindly look into this matter urgently and take the necessary action.

I attempted to transfer money to India (9th March 25) and while the amount was debited from my UAE account, the Vance app notified me that they were still awaiting funds from the UAE bank. This is highly unusual, as I regularly transfer significant amounts through other agents without such issues.
The most frustrating part is the lack of customer support—there is no one available on live chat, and emails go unanswered. The support team should have proactively reached out to resolve the issue and provide guidance, especially since my bank confirmed that the funds would be credited back to my account if Vance fails to claim them within the stipulated period.
As of now, the issue remains unresolved. I wouldn’t recommend using Vance for urgent transfers, as their only advantage is offering Google exchange rates. The company must focus on service excellence and improving SLAs with its partners.

I don't even want to give 1 star. My sent my money on 26th of February but 5 days back it failed but still not getting my money back. Support system is useless getting answers after 6-7 hours later still they just respond you will get your money soon. But till now not receiving anything and email are more worse not getting any response till now.
So, please stay away from this application. Don't use.

As GBP/INR rates are going very high, the app is down from many days and won't complete the transfer and you will end up going to another platform. Surely, the app will fixed when rate goes down. No human support available just a basic chatbot which can only just go through some options and can not resolve anything.
