Transfer complete, but Funds not received
I've used vance before and I've recieved my money in 24 hours.
This time, it's been more than a week.

Ticket No. 36324, was opened by a customer support executive, he garanteed it'll go through by today. But that's also not happening.
I'm concerned that I haven't received my funds despite the transaction being marked as successful on my app. It's been over a week and I haven't received any response from the customer support team. I have tried to get in touch with your support team multiple times and It's very painful to get no response.
I've mailed and it has no response.
I urgently require a response regarding this matter.
FRAUD APP
FRAUD APP. MISSING MONEY. Huge delay in money transfer and pathetic customer support. It has been more than 4 DAYS since the transfer status is shown complete but the money isn't reflecting in my account. On top of that, it is impossible to connect to customer support. Even if by miracle it gets connected to an agent, they don't answer for hours and you have to keep waiting like complete fools just to get a reply. If there was an option to rate in negative, I would have given a negative rating

CEO’s Personal Involvement
I have been using the Vance App for some time now, and I must say that the majority of my transactions have been processed super fast.
Recently, I encountered an issue with a transfer request, and to my surprise the CEO Parth promptly responded to my email and the team resolved the issue within a couple of hours. It’s rear to see such hands-on leadership, and this experience has further strengthened my trust in Vance.I highly recommend the app.
One area of improvement is customer support. While the app itself is excellent , response times from support team can sometimes be quite slow.I understand that as the platform scales, managing support operations can be challenging, but improving response times and availability would enhance the overall user experience even further.( A real-time ticket progress feature would help calm customer nerves!)

Very bad experience and very bad customer support I sent money 2 days before still I didn't receive the amount I don't know what I do......in other app we can send money in seconds I just try this app for first time and I am in trouble now........
Useless, Never again
1st their system took around 24 hours to get me verified until they I cannot make my first transaction.
2nd the transaction took nearly 48 hours for funds to reach Indian Bank from UK.
3rd only way to get customer support is via their app chat service. It took around 9 hours to get the first response from their agent to say sorry we have been busy.
I lost Interest at the other end as I was transferring to my account.
Never again you would see me utilise their services and recommend to anyone.

3020£ transfer still pending

I have initiated a transaction of 3020£ from my UK account to India account on 01.03.2025 but still the amount is not transferred. I tried contacting Vance support several times but no luck. I am not getting any responses from the chat support. I have emailed to both help and escalation but there is no response. Please help me get my money transferred as this is a very urgent need at my home.

I had a terrible experience
I had a terrible experience. It’s been over 28 hours since I made my transfer from GBP to INR. When I tried to contact customer support, I didn’t get a response.
Money not received by beneficiary
I have made a transfer on March 1, 2025 from UAE TO India amount of AED 10,495/- debited from my bank and not reflected in beneficiaries account. No update from anywhere. Where is the customer / User suppose to go ??? Your grievance officer in India doesn’t answer the call or reply to What’s app.
