Worst customer service
Worst customer service, worst app and always delays my transaction.
I have initiated a transaction since morning and still its processing when I emailed them, no response, whatsapped them replied me after 6 hours and then after 2 hours.
This has happened for the 2nd time, last time transfer took more than 24 hours and then after pinging and calling them for 100 times they did it manually and ask me to give some written conscent. This shows how unprofessional they are. Just busy in markteting their useless app. A good suggestion: try to focus on the app instead of marketing them. My transaction ID RNHQM5KEC7. If you're even 1% professional pls return my money I will use other app.
Not at all thankful.

I transferred money on 27.02.2025 at 10:18 am UK time from UK account to India account. The money was deducted from my UK account but never came to my India account even though more than 30 hours have passed. There is no support system. The customer care is a joke. They dont respond to chat or email. The transaction id is ALU6TKGRBU.

This application hasn't good to tranfer the money...I had send the money to india the transaction had been failed but the money deducted from my account after 3 weeks it's credited back to my account after several follow up with email & chat ....from my personal experience do not use this application

Initial issues but promptly addressed by Prakash
Useless customer support. Sometimes the transfers happen smoothly but sometimes not, so it's like a lottery. If the transfer doesn't happen fast then you are in hell. There is no human to help you. It doesn't matter how many emails you send. The chat functionality is useless, it says someone will be able with you shortly but no one turns up. All automated responses. So stay from it.
Update:
I contacted Prakash and he was top notch, he rectified the issue in less than 30 minutes so kudos to Prakash.

This is the worst app I have seen
yes it’s been completed and I don’t want to paste the screen reference and effort that I had to put to talk to your human not so human support team
The trick is if anyone is facing the issue please reach out to LinkedIn VANCE team they might help you
