This is the 3rd van, we've bought from Van National, dealt with Connor Charles, who dealt with the whole process very efficiently, quick to answer phone calls and emails. The van will be home delivered within a week of initial enquiry.

Online chat: I tried to get a simple answer: can I just turn up to view vans without an appointment? Their website has no FAQs, and their chat support was useless. A bot called Grace kept pushing me to hand over my details instead of answering the question. When I finally asked directly, they just told me to call. Two hours’ drive away and I still don’t know if I can walk in or need to book. Frustrating and unhelpful. Their opening times are listed but it’s unclear if that means I can just browse or not. I won’t be making the journey. I just saw a they have an admin fee of £395 + vat on every vehicle too. That’s very steep.

Needed to replace an old van asap, starting looking online early one morning, found just what I was looking for and requested info, got a call back around 9.30m from Ryan w, I'm double busy so didn't have time to view or pick up, so put my trust in Ryan, deal was completed by dinner time, van was delivered to my door 2 days later, absolutely mint, ding dang do, Fast, efficient, no nonsense, very happy with my van, I know where to go if I need another one!

Just bought my first van, after driving cars for 30 plus years. Visited a few times, just to have a look and was left alone to look on my own, but someone was always around to answer any questions. When I made my mind up, Ryan was really straight forward to deal with, no fuss or hard sell. All paperwork was emailed to me and easy to complete.
A tiny niggle when I picked it up was dealt with quickly and I left 100% happy.
The van has been cleaned and prepped amazingly - well done to guys that do that behind the scenes.
