I have been using Vantage Point Software since March 16, 2023. I am very happy with the software and the related services that come with the subscription. The personal coaches have been great. Both of them have been very helpful and available, knowledgeable, easy to work with and all around great people. I have found Vantage Point University to be very helpful and a great resource. Any questions I had were quickly resolved by either the coaches and/or customer service. In the three months that I have used the software and worked with the various resources that come with it, the software has paid for itself and I am in the green. Thank God I wasn't stupid enough to fall for there product. I honestly have to say that this company has some of the worst sales people that I have ever run across. Zero personality. pushy, rude, no closing skills whatsoever. Every time they call It's a new and horrible experience. I would never give them a penny of my money. Stay away from them they have horrible reviews.

What an amazing resource!
What an amazing resource! VantagePoint analytics, combined with other industry metrics and their coaching are invaluable. I came to this with a day traders mindset, and the folks at VP have taught me how to better plan my trades, better understand the trading cycles, interrelationships between sectors, choose better entry/exit points. The coaching is amazing. They are knowledgeable and extremely generous with their time. The software has paid for itself multiple times over!

Comprehensive suite of tools
VantagePoint provides a suite of tools not found elsewhere that are complementary to more conventional tools I have used for many years. THe software is very deep and takes some time to learn but is worth the effort

After attended the seminar
After attended the seminar, It looked pretty good so I purchased the software on Feb-9-2023 all 16 sectors for $6386.75 . On the same day, I also purchased the data feed yearly subscription for $397. Before I purchased, I asked the sale rep to see if the software can help to give me an edge or not, I am a scalper, trading gap up at beginning of each day. The sale rep confirmed that the software will extremely gives me a strong edge. I spent 5 hours that evening to install and test the software. What they claimed covering 16 sectors of US Stock is a big B.S. They only have around 1400 tickers in all 16 sectors!!! Every single ticker in my portfolio was not included in their software and I had to submit a ticket to add my ticker into their software. Next morning, I tried to input all 15 gap up stocks (premarket) and out of 15 gap up tickers only 1 ticker registered (TSLA) so I called and asked, they said they only select certain tickers out of 16 sectors. if I submit my tickers, they will review for 3,4 months and good chance they won't add it either due to blah blah blah software can't predict. So I requested to refund. They then sent another email asked me to call in to schedule a session with them. I called again several times to request a refund. Each time, the put me on hold to contact their refund department and informed me that the refund department is so busy, they will call me back. I can see why their refund department is so busy due to a lot of requests to refund like me (I guess.) Either that or they tried to drag on the time to go past their 15 days deadline of refund. 1st the refund request has to be within 15 days from the date of purchase, 2nd I have to sign the Termination Agreement sent from them within 10 days! I have been requested refund and Termination Agreement for me to sign but nothing has happened. I had to call my Credit Card and filed a dispute before the 15 days deadline approach. I hope this software is working out for someone and helping them but if you plan to purchase, think twice before you spend otherwise, it would be a nightmare to get a refund. However, their data feeder Tradersonly.com refunded immediately $397 on the next day

If you looking to buy services of VantagePoint software, please do read. I was surprised to find the following after 2 weeks of study and interaction
1. They are not transparent. I was about to buy the software for $1900 life time. I was watching their video on Youtube and found they do not give all the indicators. I have to buy simple Support/resistance indicator and the cost was another $1900. Similarly they do not give all the tools and sector and each has a price tag. I was supposed to pay $1900 for the Intelliscan tool as well. They hide the facts what we get as a package and what we have to buy at a later date. So be careful, ask what indicator and tools come as part of package and cost of others.
2. I settled deal with their Sales rep. I asked him to put the details in a email or as a document for future reference. He was not ready to do it. I could not understand why.
3. The money back guarantee is not clear. They never tell 3 weeks of guarantee and no questions refund policy. That created doubt for me.
These are just words of caution and not a comment on their software. Kindly use your due diligence.

Vantage Point is My Trading Partner
I joined the Vantage Point family of traders in November in hopes of finding solution to making poor plays and having timing issues in the market. I use the Vantage Point software to help trade options and if you have experienced products and promises that over promise and under deliver, then you might be very pleased with Vantage Point! I simply cannot believe how much more this company offers than they dare to tell you in the sales process!! You must apply yourself to learn the software but wow they have experts to assist along the way. My personal coach Linsey is amazing and consistently schedules one on one’s with me which have proven to boost my overall knowledge of the markets, and how the Vantage Point software can identify super entries and exits. There is a wealth of information and tools for a seasoned trader or a beginner and upon attending the Video training sessions I always pick up valuable tips to isolate and manage better trades for better results!! Hands down this company Under Promises and way Over Delivers a most refreshing long needed surprise! I honestly feel that becoming a Vantage Point user and trader has been key for my results and trading any other way is not an Option!!

I purchase the lifetime membership of Vantagepoint AI last December, for the get go it was always to add/buy one more item for their system to help enhance their system to achieve the 84% that is guaranteed. Well, I gave it all college tried, what it seems that it is doing is reacting to the market previous data to decide, that would be fine, however after several testing in following their trends and losing a lot of money, it did not work for me. So, I invite me friend who is a very successful trader in his own right to trade with me using the Vantage system, his response after a week is "this is false, I am going to stick to my own strategy." I was like well ok, maybe there was something I missed in the use of the 4 indicators and the Larry Jones. So, I tried to reach my coach Joe Ayala by phone call, txt, and email to get more insight on the software and the market for the past 3 weeks and got no response. It took me having to leave a nasty message to get any response. It should have never got to this for a company that is responsible and claim to have a(not) great product. I have requested my money back because of my dissatisfaction, then got a call from a guy that try to justify his company. I am requesting my money back. Your product does not work for me, and you should not think it would work for everyone.

I love the concept of Vantage
I love the concept of Vantage. The color charts help quite a bit. The lessons I received from the coach that go along with the software is informative but much more involved than I envisioned. Too much and too difficult to absorb in just 30 minute increments. Just not enough class time to be of benefit, Information overload. I don't think I can repeat the course without paying additional fees. The Dan Williams indicators were the most valuable to me. All the other indicators were just standard indicators.
STATUS AS OF DATE
No company is in business for 40+ years if it hasn't delivered the goods. The software and learning resources available on VantagePoint are impressive. VantagePoint doesn't just cash your check and hang you out to dry. It's trading coaches reach out to offer multiple teaching sessions to maximize your chances of trading success. Also available are lectures at VantagePoint University and the Learning Center. The software is pretty amazing. You will do well with VantagePoint if you are conscientious and put in the work. VantagePoint Software's team is competent and enthusiastic about the company's product offering. I'm confident I'll be able to use VantagePoint to make wise market decisions. At times the push to add on additional new Indicators or take advantage of peripheral offerings seems excessive.
No Trial period. Save your time, energy and money for something else more productive.
I agree with JC Collins. I won't repeat what he said since this can be read with an easy search, but I agree very much.
Bottom line: They need to provide a way to Trial the product for 1-2 weeks so that the customer can truly decide that it is a good fit for their needs or not.
My price for finding out more about the product was receiving what I paid minus the $495 "cancellation fee".
I also felt like I was pressured by the "salesperson" who was described by the moderator as a person who will answer all of my questions. This saleperson was there to collect my $$$$ and quickly move on to the next one.
Like JC Collins, I'm retired. I've saved, invested and have enough for a very nice retirement. That was not the issue.
The product, I was sold, does not provide information for all Stocks, ETFs, etc. It ONLY provides the information to the customer for those where its high standards are met. About 12, twelve, of my 40 Dividend paying stocks were found and information provided for. When searching for others on my ideas list... same ratio of success.
After finding this out I CANCELLED my subscription. This was also a frustrating ordeal...
BUYER BE WARE! It cost me $495 to find this out.
Allowing the customer/prospective customer a 1-2 week trial period with the product would have solved my issue. There is also a separate fee for the Data service from a separate company and cost that is required. Why not include this with the cost of the product? Also include this either free of charge or at a minimal cost to the customer.
1. THIS PRODUCT DID NOT MEET MY NEEDS.
2. I WAS VERY UNEASY DURING THE SALES HUSTLE AND PRESSURE TO GET INTO MY WALLET.
3. I HAVE FRUSTRATED WHEN TRYING TO GET THINGS CANCELLED.
Recommended: Save your time, energy and money for something else that is more productive and meets your needs. Mine were definitely not met.
