And after a while I got a mild version of the effects I was looking for. The material afterwards was only darkened, not burnt. It could actually be put in a conventional pipe and ignited! Is this normal?
Not sure if I'm doing something wrong, I keep going back to the little manual to see what the colored lights and buzzes mean. I'm still not sure whether I have to push the Go (on/off) button again after the three buzzes says it's ready. Complicated. Why not just one button to press, a beep when ready, then draw, release button when done?

Their products are top-notch. The service is too! They have many options for their products - the only complaint I would have is they run out of stuff often (a good problem to have for them, but not so much for me :P) So I tend to buy two or three at a time to stock up.

This company has been a pleasant surprise. When the first mouthpiece I received started to fit poorly, they responded to my email about this by sending a new mouthpiece within one week.

First purchase and was advised it may be a week to receive, still no product. I had emailed, left call back msgs and finally just sat on the phone and waited an hour. Finally spoke with a sweet gentleman who stated everything is on back order. Would be nice to have received an email stating this, as it was a gift. Unfortunately I never received the item.

I bought a vapium vaporize lite on December 19 2019. The product was working great, then about 7 months later the lid consistently kept falling off. The product confirmed there is a 1 year warranty, so I registered the product on their website and sent them a message as well. I never heard back, so I called the company during company hours but never got through. I also messaged them via their live chat and received over 20 messages stating "Thank you for your patience, you are next in line. We will be with you shortly." I don't think the 1 year warranty is guaranteed if nobody ever gets back to you.
This a fantastic company. Their products are top notch & always perform as they are suppose to. I have USD many dry herb portable vaporizers & so far theirs is the best for the price. Highly recommend them.

When I turn the vape on i set up my desired temperature, when it reaches the temperature, the green light turns on with the light of the temperature ( orange) ,but then after maybe 1 minute the green light changes to a solid blue light and the temperature light turns off. The blue light stays there for maybe 2 min then the vape shurs down. Is it normal? I tried to sens a message to Vapium on there website but no answer..can someone help me please? Thank you

I received my vapium lite pretty fast through mail order. Had to download a separate app to track the order which was just as vague as expected. It went from “order received” to “sent” with no updates on location, expected arrival, etc. I was happy to get it within 2 weeks and everything is working as expected. The USB C cable is on the short side but functional, recommend getting a longer one.

I’m very disappointed with my recent interaction with Vapium. I ordered a Vapium Lite in Black with first class mail and signature required on June 28th. Only when I had found that days had passed without any word on the status of my order, only that it said “shipped” on my package tracking app. I emailed Sales/support 9 days later and the next day I was told the unit I ordered was actually out of stock and my order was placed on back order. I was asked if the rose gold color would be okay instead. I didn’t want the rose gold/pink unit so I asked how long the estimated time for a Black or Graphite unit would be. Over the course of the next 5 days I never got that answer and ultimately was kept guessing about my order. I eventually I ended up canceling the order in question and asking for a refund. I essentially told they were trying to be locate a unit for me but then since I wanted to cancel they canceled it. I was then asked to amend my review based on getting a partial refund which didn’t include the shipping that I paid. It’s funny, they don’t hesitate to instantly charge my credit card without having any units in stock. But when you need to get answers or your money back for not having your order processes doesn’t seem be met with the same urgency. I’ve already multiple friends about this horrendous shopping experience. The other dry herb vape I ordered online will most likely arrive before the refund shows up in my bank account. Now I feel like a idiot when I see my Vapium keychain and catch a glimpse of their stickers. Sadly they’re now a subtle reminder of this terrible experience.

I bought a Vapium Summit 5 years ago, although it has recently reached the end of its life, it was a great investment and I recommended it to all of my friends. I reached out to Customer Service in the past when my vapium summit was malfunctioning and I must say, the service was 10/10! I love your brand/company and wish you all the best!

I have a Vapium and am getting this one for a friend. I have tried a few different vaporisers and prefer the Vapium. I get three smokes out of a bowlful, each successively hotter, and the flavour of my weed comes through very well. Also good for resin. Convenient to recharge and easy to clean, definitely good value.

I bought my vapium lite in January and within a few weeks the mouthpiece had broken and just kept falling off. I then used the second mouthpiece that came with it and that too broke, it did last 2 months though.
This is a real shame because the vapouriser itself is really good and otherwise I would recommend it, but I can't if every month or so you have to replace the mouthpiece.

My Vapium Lite did not take long to arrive; however, while Smoking there is not enough smoke coming out. Other than this issue it is overall a good product.

The Vaporizer itself works perfectly but there is a flaw in the way the adapters fit into the vape. They break quite easily where they affix to the vape. Im now on my 3rd different adapter. Poorly designed adapter for an otherwise perfect vaporizer.
