Bought a Vapium Lite in March. Both mouthpieces cracked. Verified warranty and it states mouthpieces not covered. Bummer. Had to buy a new mouthpiece.

The claim is it is for beginners. But, I’m doing everything by the manual and multiple YouTube videos and this product is a farce. Not recommending this to anyone.

My experience with Vapium
My experience with Vapium, wasn’t necessarily a bad one. It was time consuming trying to track my order. The website reflects that it was unfulfilled, however I received my order in the mail today (5/11/20). The website still reflects “unfulfilled” even though that is obviously NOT the case. My inquiries were addressed in a timely manner, so customer service seemed to be on point. My only complaint lies with updating information on the website to reflect what is actually going on.

A great portable vape.
This vape is convenient, discreet and delivers with well set temperature ranges. It may not be sexy looking but it's rugged enough to take to the woods. I like the long air path from the crucible to the mouthpiece making the vape cool enough to not burn your throat. The bowl is big enough to share. Customer service was quick and helpful. If the battery were replaceable, I would give it a 5 star.

Good Site Great Vape
This website has an intuitive user interface and makes it easy to find replacement parts for your vape.
The vape itself is a high quality product. I especially like the temperature adjustment and built in pick.
I made the mistake of cleaning the mouth piece with acetone and it melted, but I was able to get replacements here cheap enough.

Nice shopping experience, but horrendous shipping.l ok
While the store was very easy to use and nice, the issue has been with shipping, it's been a very bad experience shipping wise. It's been well after the original estimated delivery time, and I still have YET to receive my mouth piece. It's SUPPOSED to be here today according to the tracking, but I STILL haven't received it. I did get a notification saying it was going to be late, but that was over the estimated delivery by the time I received the notification. Kind of mad..
