Vapor Authority Reviews

I’ve bought from them for a couple of years. First time I needed customer service, they responded quickly and solved my issue. Nothing better than a great product and excellent customer service.

I found this website pretty early on in my vaping journey and they always have great prices, amazing customer service and fast shipping. They’re extremely friendly and I always get a hand written note from them with every order.

I haven't gotten my order yet, but when I placed my order and hit submit I forgot the 20% discount on my ejuice. I sent an email explaining that and they responded immediately and applied my 20% off! How cool is that?!
I have been shopping here for a few years and it has always been terrific and fast service.

I’m going to tell you about an experience I had with Vapor Authority and how they completely turned it around!
I ordered the last Vandy Vape Jackaroo 100W mod I could find. I literally couldn’t find any other 100W jackaroos on the U.S. or even outside the U.S. that were willing to ship here.
So I placed the order, it ships quick, it arrives quick, I open the package and it’s not my order. I sent an email to Vapor Authority, and I was pretty upset because I was really looking forward to it.
Well, they tracked down my order, contacted the person it went to, had her turn away the package, and now they just reshipped it to me and gave me a tracking number! All of this within a week!!
Vapor Authority has a customer for life from me!

Absolutely the best company for vape supplies I have found! Great prices and fast shipping.

My order was returned to sender as I'd changed address - I'd completely forgotten about it but they contacted me to ask whether I wanted it reshipped or refunded & processed the refund quickly when I asked for it.

We all know how is to deal with internet purchases. Is this site legit? Am I receiving exactly what I bought? And so on... It's normal we, here and there, face a problem regarding an online purchase. What make the difference is to build a two way trust and have the confidence that the other side is working to help you out. Thats why I trust vapor authority. These guys have an exceptional customer service, legit products and know how to deal with clients. Thank you.

I have always been pleased with the

I had a problem completing my order online. A representative (Cameron) kept me informed and the problem was resolved. The communication was much appreciated in these impersonal times.

I've ordered from Vapor Authority a few times now and I'm very pleased with them on all fronts. I typically order things at night and without fail they ship them out early the very next business day. I've never had to contact their support for anything wrong or broken, but I've still interacted and had positive experiences with them via e-mail. They're my go-to for vape juice and accessories hands down.

Vapor Authority is absolutely the best! I've made several orders from them and they always ship quick and their customer service is top notch!

Absolutely the best vape shop I've bought anything from. Great selection, quick deliveries and if you have any problems or questions the response time is outrageously fast. Quality products and quality service that's much appreciated.

Vapor Authority always has supplies in stock when I need them, and their customer service is second to none! These are the reasons that I will continue returning to Vapor Authority!

I have ordered many things from Vapor Authority and have never been disappointed. Their products are excellent and their shipping is lightning fast. I am a very satisfied customer!!

I just found their website and everything I could not find anywhere else was here. I had been ordering from two different competitors sites to find what I needed but now I can order from just Vapor Authority. Everything from ordering to receipt was fast, seamless and courteous. Thank you. I’ll be ordering from you again!!

I have done business with VaporAuthority for several years. They have a large selection of vaping products and always fill my order and send it out very quickly. They also let me know through email about my order so that I can track it. For anyone looking for a reliable and professional Vapes supplier please try VaporAuthority!

I have absolutely no complaints they have been so good to me as they are with all their customers any issue I did have they were very quick and I mean within minutes to contact me and help resolve my issue they are absolutely amazing

I have been Vaping for more than 10 years. When I found out about SMOK pods I decided to try it out. I purchased a Scar - P5. I called SMOK and complained that the website did not mention that the battery was sold separately. They refunded the shipping cost. I am very pleased with the Scar, and the company.

Placed an order March 19th. Was instructed to download and install the "Route" app to track my order. I wasted time doing this. After 6 days there was no packaged being delivered. I reached out via email and got a response from Adam S. who informs me that risk factor analysis cancelled my order. I responded asking what that was about and what I needed to do in order to place my order and got no response. It would have been nice to get a notification that my order was cancelled and why. I am 49 yrs old. I've been ordering from vape companies for many years. I have never met one that wasn't happy to fill orders until this. Waste of time.

Although, they didn't have my vape juice in stock Cameron was able to work with me to get a replacement for my order and get out to me quickly. Thanks Cam!! Would definitely recommend vapor authority for all your vape supply needs.
