Wrong product sent to me and of course they don't do returns. DO NOT trust this company.

Ordered 7 'Ezzy switch pens' from this website. Shipping was close to $20, standard....and it was marked down from a very obvious fake listing price of "$30.00" to "$8.00". Spent $94 total on complete garbage. EVERY SINGLE vape pen was old/expired so bad, that every single big hit, had absolutely no taste, whatsoever, and barely any smoke came out after exhale.
I use to order these a few years back from a different website and know exactly how they hit and taste. Beware of these hacks selling straight bulls**t.

Honestly folks, don't fall for it. Beginning it was a dream come true. Great Prices and believe it or not service. Until last year made purchase Feb.1, 2024- quickly as describe by others a shipping label was printed. Stayed stagnant for over a month. Called, emailed ...no response. Almost 2 months later, with a charge back my shipment came. Stupid me thought it was a one off. Had ordered again, with smooth transaction maybe two times more....did wait awhile before I began ordering again. Then here we go again, ordered early this month, quick label sitting there.... weeks. Emailed 3x and called.......called my bank and sent email to cancel. Just don't let the prices fool you. Please you are warned. Listen, understand products maybe on back order or so...not communicating, or responding.... nah. Its not worth it folks.

Stay away from this company. I have ordered from them a few times and had to get my bank involved to get my money back every time! Seems they just don't give a sh*t! They are worthless at customer service...SCAM! SCAM! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!

Zero star. I purchased vapes from the store and they shipped the wrong items. A waste of $120 down the drain. Waiting on their reply.

Do not order from them, they are a scam. They lie about their inventory and will not ship your item. Had to call my bank for refund. They will not answer any email or calls. Beware!!!!!!!!!!

Do not order from them. It took months to get my order and at least a month to get an email reply about it. There's no phone number you can call. I started to think i got scammed. Other websites are way more legitimate.

I placed an order for e juice that totaled 95 dollars I should have received free shipping on order since it was over 75 dollars but did not. I tried contacting vapor boss multiple times with no response. Vapor boss should not advertise free shipping on orders of 75 dollars or more if the company is not going to uphold their promises.

The contact us email doesnt exsit the customer service doesnt exsit you cant reach out to them. They never send you purchase items. They provide you a tracking and thats it

You can find same prices at other online stores and they don't take 3 weeks to get you your vapes. How long does it take to put 5 vapes in a box..

Placed my order August 12, has been in “pre-shipment”. I emailed them, finally got a response a couple weeks later saying due to inventory issues, I would have to choose another flavor, so I did. Nothing happened, I inquired again, they responded that they are “looking into the matter”. As of today, over a month later my order is still in pre-shipment status. I finally placed an order with another company. I am thinking I should file a fraud claim with my bank. This company is not reputable.

Placed order back in May (34 back and forth emails later) still no product and no refund. I have tried to be both patient and understanding but you eventually get tired of the lies... horrible way to do business. Should definitely remove any and all bible quotes from there website

If I could give this company a -10 star review, I would. I placed my order on August 12th, today is September 8th, and I still HAVE NOT received my order. I reached out on August 22nd to request a refund, because I placed an order from Huff and Puffers, on August 19th, and received it on August 22nd. This is the response I got from them "Thank you for your patience. We have just checked the information about your order and found one of product from your order needs to be swap
as our inventory was incorrect for that product. Can you please select any other available flavors for the product instead of Hyppe Max Flow Mighty Mint?". I reached out again the 28th, and the 31st. They finally replied on September 4th, stating my order had been processed. DO NOT USE this company, they are full of BS! I am BEYOND upset!

It’s all about customer service when you need something…. and vaporboss has failed me.

I have ordered from them for about three years now. Never had a problem. I ordered from them mid August. I still hadn’t received my order after about three weeks. I emailed them a couple of times and they said they were working on it and it is shipping. I finally received the order which turned out to be an empty thin envelope. it was stamped by the post office that contents were not there when they received it. The top of the envelope was wide open and nothing was in the envelope. I’ve sent about three messages this week, paid for some type of insurance, have not heard back from them, and now I’m out about $157. I’m astounded they put 12 bottles of vape juice in a flimsy envelope with zero additional tape!?!?!?

Lack of COMMUNICATION-you ask/inquire about your order when it’s been in pre-shipment for 2weeks, you get “we’ll check into it”, never get back to customer! This has happened more than one, even calling you leave a message, still nothing! Not sure how many people work there, but they need to learn COMMUNICATION! Good example, I ordered 8/10 went to pre-shipment on 8/14, first email was 8/17-8/28 (daily emails to inquire), finally shipped out evening of 8/28. No one person answered my question, only got -it shipped out!

I waited a month for an order that was supposed to ship in 5 days, according to their website. After finally receiving the order, it is totally incorrect and not what I ordered. If this company isn't a scam, then I don't know what is! Stay clear of Vapor Boss or prepare to be disappointed and dissatisfied.
