The BEST customer service !!!
The customer service received is absolutely second to none. Unfortunately I have received a defective product but since contacting the customer service Charlotte has been fantastic and has helped me to return said product and arrange another asap. I am awaiting the product which I’ve been advised should be delivered via Royal Mail 24hr recorded delivery. Hopefully the vape will be in full working order. The original issue was the air flow control being very slack, easily moveable. I reported this the day I received it but had to go away for a week so was unable to return. In the meantime the vape worked so used and had no issue and decided to keep it until yesterday when it just stopped working. Contacted the lovely Charlotte again who was so helpful. 100% feedback for the customer service, awaiting new device so unable to give full product review
