Riley Collins, did an amazing job in getting this sorted despite the confusion around the situation and made sure to explain how we can avoid this in the future with a very welcoming and kind persona. There was alot of mis communication with other members in the team however Riley made sure to explain the process without even being asked and get it sorted. He ensured he obtained a thorough understanding of the situation in both emails and over the phone before just actioning something. He queried things that were confusing which reassured me that everything was completed correctly. His service was amazing.

As a Broker I needed to make an adjustment to a client's policy & had the pleasure of speaking to Danielle. She was polite & professional & dealt with the matter so efficiently that I'd received the amended documents by email within 5 minutes of my call. She's certainly an asset to your company.

The broker I work for regularly deals with Vasek for Home, Property etc... there was a particular risk where a customer carries out her dog grooming business in an outbuilding at home, which Vasek have held for the past couple of years... Although the renewal price had come down slightly from last year, my client obtained an alternative quotation elsewhere at around £200 cheaper... Saj who I dealt with at Vasek was so helpful and was keen to retain the business, therefore without too much hassle at all, he liaised with underwriters and managed to reduce their premium by around £160 which secured the business with the client and ourselves... very satisfied with this outcome and encourages me to do even more business with Vasek when possible...

My company use Vasek on a professional basis regularly. I had mistakenly put the wrong start date for an insurance policy which I didn't notice until I received the policy documents. I rang and explained the situation and the lovely lady I spoke to amended the start date and had emailed the amended policy document to me all within 10 minutes. I am so sorry I didn't write down her name, but I called her a superstar for her help, so if she reads this and recognises it was her - thank you again (and tell your boss it was you!)

Excellent help from Vasek dealing with stressful issues in a sensitive way on the phone. Lucy very quickly identified what needed to be done and went beyond what I expected, taking on some communications and ensuring the cover continued without a gap. Just what I hoped for - many thanks!
