I'm off on a long trip to South America early next year and needed to get travel insurance cover. Initially, I was unable to do so and was eventually referred to Brunel Insurance via the British Insurance Brokers Association. Rachel did her best to find me the best deal at the best price, for which I appreciate her efforts very much, enabling me to go on my trip with confidence.

I am going on a long cruise next year, so cannot get routine “off-the-shelf” insurance.
Brunel were recommended to me and I was not disappointed. They went out of their way to find the best deal to fit my circumstances.
Sarah, who handled my case recently, was friendly and helpful and answered my questions in plain English!

Not impressed by the on-line quote but very pleased by the service Laura offered, including cutting %600 off the original on-line quote. Will never use the on-line service again but will always ring to get quotes, not only for travel.
Also Brunel found me travel insurance to include my pre-existing conditions where most other companies refused to quote.

Brendan was the ultimate professional - efficient, helpful, courteous and did what he said he would. He made, what could have been a tiresome experience so much better by taking away problems and dealing with them without any fuss.

I had to secure unoccupied home insurance complete- which is a pain. I'm an a sole executor for an estate which contains a property. The existing insurance company refuse to insure the property after their grace period expires. Brunel helped me to secure a replacement. It took a while but they negotiated with the insurer and secured a good value policy with the right amount of cover.

My current insurance was set to expire, but I had an outstanding claim. As a result, the standard home insurance companies would not offer me any cover as I was too much of a risk. I was put in contact with Brunel, and they were magnificent. My contact, Wynne, worked so hard to find me cover, and was in contact frequently to update me and reassure me that she had plenty of options. I cannot say enough about how much I would recommend Brunel. They were excellent.

I was impressed by Natalie's efficiency and friendliness. She did her utmost to find us travel insurance for a worldwide cruise. My elderly husband has complex medical issues and Natalie has been the only person able to provide us with a quote.

Yes, the insurance was more expensive but it covered everything I needed with 2 recent policies I have taken out, where as some other insurers would not insure or were very vague or didn’t seem to know answers to my queries.
These were a pleasure to talk to and sorted everything out easily and quickly - would highly recommend
