I purchased a portable gun safe as a birthday gift for my son who serves in the Navy and was home visiting on vacation. I had provided delivery instructions but the post office that received it sent it back as undeliverable by mistake, and unfortunately, with no tracking information. I was very disappointed that I couldn’t give it to my son for his birthday while he was home. I felt like I’d learned a very costly lesson. I was given no hope that I would ever receive it.

Brandon and the Vaultek team stayed in contact with me through the process of making calls, watching and waiting, in hopes it would make its way back to them. It’s been about a month since the ordeal began. A few days ago, I received a call that it was returned and it would be shipped to my son at his home.

I am so happy and my son is on Cloud 9, in anticipation of this delivery.

I want to thank Brandon and the Vaultek team for going through the process with me, continuing to make efforts to locate it, and confirm that we will receive it after all. I appreciate everything you’ve done for my son and me.

Exceptional customer service , had issues with my smart station they replaced it no question asked , and their product high quality , I have purchased 4 different safes from them and very happy with each of them .

I had issues with a faulty box and reached out to the customer support and received multiple phone calls and email of them trying to solve my problem and without hesitation helped me through the process of getting a new vaultek safe and sending the one I had back. I have always been impressed with the quality, design and craftsmanship with the three Vaultek products I own. When I needed customer support I was overwhelmed by the fast and positive attitudes of the Support Team. My issue was resolved w/in a day and much to my satisfaction. My safe had to go in for warranty repair. The process was quick and easy. Vaultek covered the shipping and repairs quickly and without issue. So nice to see a company stand behind their products and fix issues quickly and without a fight.

I have been using Vaultek products for some time now and needed to purchase another, this time larger then my other three. I purchased the pro VTi . As it turns out I was having issues with the fingerprint portion of the vault and contacted Vaultek service via email. After some troubleshooting as requested Morgan is shipping a replacement unit. This whole process was relatively painless. there was no long delays. I dealt with only one person (Morgan) who was very helpful and seemed genuinely interested in getting the issue resolved. In my opinion, the service department is the most important part of any company. I highly recommend these folks. They make a solid product and stand behind it 100%

I had a problem with my LifePod Humidor electronics not working properly, I contacted Vaultek support which they checked my SN# and unfortunately it wasn’t still covered under warranty. Instead of that being the end they offered a solution, if I sent it to them for only $30 they would diagnose the issues and determine a solution. All new updated electronics later and it’s brand new. I can’t thank them enough. Thank you to everyone who helped me resolve my problems.

I ordered their DS2e and the desktop mounting plate. They were going to ship separately, but the Vaultek Support Team was prompt at replying and got both items shipped together. They also refunded me the difference. It's great to see a company that delivers customer service just as good as its products.

Awesome customer service! They replaced my DS5i due to issues with the phone charger/ticking sound quickly and fast shipping. They said they sent a refurbished unit but it had to be brand new. I’m a big fan of VAULTEK and I own 3 of their safes.

Got my Lifepod back in October '23 and use it daily and whenever I travel for work and when I go to drill weekends. Recently had issues where it wasn't locking unless it was plugged in which is a difficult thing to figure out when it's important to be near me. I emailed vaultek and then had me send it in and they looked at it. Was a 4 day turn around from when they received it to when they shipped it back. Great customer service.

Bought a DS5i in July. Safe had a small issue with one of the usbc ports a year later and they replaced it with the newer model within 20 minutes of sending them p/n and receipt. Awesome tech support and service.

I recently came across a great deal on a pre-owned Lifepod 2.0 Colion Noir Edition that I couldn't pass on because the price was ridiculously cheap. I have been wanting a Vaultek for quite some time and never pulled the trigger on one. The one I bought was like new condition but was missing some parts. The incredible support team at Vaultek, mainly Brandon, helped me to get all the accessories ordered that I needed. Especially a part that was not readily available on the website that I really wanted to get. He went above and beyond to help me and get the part ordered and shipped with my other stuff I needed (pluck foam inserts and handle). I will definitely be ordering more Vaultek products in the future based on my experience and their quality.

Have a multitude of the safe products. Most recent one was owned for about a year and one of the features stopped working.... Contacted customer support and they have resolved the issue with no questions asked. Its what you get with a quality product and quality support

The safes are a fantastic product and the customer service is outstanding! I had an electronics issue with an older model, customer service was super fast to respond and repair was quick! Highly recommended!

I own a Lifepod and the DS5i Smart Station. My after a little less than a year a component on the DS5i died, and within 24hrs of confirming the issue with customer service, a brand new upgrade complements of Vaultek arrived at my door. Unreal product is only outmatched by unreal customer service! Vaultek’s got a loyal customer for life in me.
