Arnaque, vous demandes de payer 1e pour une image, mais vous vous engagez finalement a leurs payer 35e/mois

Ja was soll ich sagen ich bin auch drauf reingefallen absoluter Betrug nur habe ich mich niemals auf der Website angemeldet und weiß auch nicht wie ich das vermeintliche Abo dann da kündigen kann. Wenn jemand mehr weiterhelfen kann, wäre das super.

Bought what was meant to be a $1 icon from Vecticon.co, and later discovered they had been charging my card every month without my consent. Over time, it added up to hundreds of dollars I never agreed to.

When I asked for a refund, they refused. Only after I made it clear that I’d be reporting them to my bank, their payment processor, and consumer protection agencies did they send a partial refund. They still owe me the rest.

I’ve since found many others saying the same thing, small $1 or $2 purchases turning into recurring charges that people didn’t know about.

If this happened to you, don’t waste time arguing.
You can go straight to your bank and dispute the charges as unauthorised, send evidence of the original $1 purchase, and report them to the payment gateway (like Stripe or PayPal) so they can be looked over.

It’s definitely a scam, they charge 1€ for one service and then suddenly change from your card

Ho utilizzato il sito per vettorizzare un’immagine e il servizio ha funzionato correttamente: rapido, semplice ed efficace, al costo di 1 euro. Tuttavia, accettando le condizioni al primo acquisto, viene attivato automaticamente un abbonamento mensile da 35 euro. A mio parere, si tratta di una pratica poco trasparente, anche se non la definirei una truffa vera e propria.
Fortunatamente, è possibile gestire la situazione in modo semplice: accedendo al proprio account, si può annullare subito l’abbonamento. Inoltre, se si agisce entro 14 giorni e non si sono utilizzati altri crediti, si ha diritto al rimborso secondo quanto previsto dalla normativa europea sugli acquisti online.
Non serve bloccare la carta o fare denunce: basta mantenere la calma e seguire le procedure previste.
Ho contattato il servizio clienti via email e mi hanno risposto rapidamente, un segnale positivo che conferma l’affidabilità e la serietà del sito.
Consiglio all’azienda di rendere più chiaro fin da subito che al primo acquisto viene attivato un abbonamento mensile. Il sito è tecnicamente ben fatto e il servizio è valido, ma questa pratica ambigua rischia di danneggiare seriamente la vostra reputazione.

As everyone else has explained, this is a scam. They let you think you are paying for one-time use and then charge you an exorbitant amount for ever without ever notifying you. Turns out I've been paying for at least 9 months and am now disputing via my bank. That's at hundreds of dollars/euros/pounds (pounds in my case).

IT IS A SCAM. DON'T USE. THEY HAD TAKEN £234 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. PLEASE DO NOT USE.

Like others, I've been scammed every month out of $25 after using the platform ONCE. I noticed TODAY there was a $25 debit on my account.

They're SCAMMERS!!

This website is a scam - AVOID at all costs. I do not remember using this site for anything!! I am absolutely rubbish at checking my bank account & I have only just noticed a pending payment for £26 for “VETICON.CO” - I never noticed before but I searched my bank and they’ve been taking £26 since last June, so they’ve stolen £260 from me!!! I can’t believe it. I have no idea how this happened… I’m thinking maybe I did pay the £1 as previous reviews suggest to use their editor which they claim is a one off fee, I don’t remember though, I’m really confused. Either way I DEFINITELY did not consent for them to take £26 per month from me!!!! Absolute scammers!!!!! I’ve reported it to my bank and had to get a new card issued… I’m hoping they’ll be able to give me my money back!!!!! Disgusting. Vile people, this company should be shut down & forced to stop trading!!!!!

I have realized this company has been taking money out my account since January! 29 euro per months! . I ha never ever used this! REFUND ME NOW! IS A SCAM!

habe tatsächlich fast 1 Jahr gebraucht um die Abbuchungen zu bemerken (habe sehr viele Abbuchungen und zahle alles mit KK)
