0 STAR. not only is the product not very good at doing what it claims but when you cancel your 7 day free trial on day one they play games and still charge you for the subscription. Then when you contact customer service and show proof of canceling they take zero accountability. Terrible app and customer service.

SCAM! They charge 1 pound for a photo processing and automatically subscribe to the service and then charge the credit/debit card. AVOID!

Ils vous font payer 1€ pour votre besoin et ensuite vous êtes facturé 35 € quelques jours plus tard car ils reconduisent votre abonnement sans vous prévenir. Et bien sur tout cela n’est pas du tout expliquer ou même suggéré au moment de la 1ere utilisation. A fuir !

Katastrophal! Betrug und Kundendienst nicht verfügbar. Auch Abbuchung ohne „richtige“ Vorwarnung. „Kundendienst“ verschickt nur vorgefertigte Antworten und geht gar nicht auf Fragen ein oder agiert auf das Widerrufsrecht! Reine Abzocke!

Cuidado con la letra pequeña!!) a poner denuncia en comisaría para poder reclamar cargo indebido en ING Direct... se suponía que estaba pagando 1€ para rasterizar una imagen, y se quedan con tu tarjeta sin consentimiento automáticamente dando de alta con pago por suscripción, no por servicio, y no mandan más que un correo como que estás suscrito... I used this company once and had a very negative experience.
At no point did I receive any confirmation email about activating or not activating a subscription * nothing at all*. Based on that, I assumed no subscription had been set up. However, I was later charged a monthly fee.
I contacted them to request a refund, but they refused, claiming the subscription terms were “clearly” explained in their conditions. In my experience, this was not the case. The lack of proper notification and transparency is very concerning.
This kind of practice feels misleading and unacceptable. I would strongly advise others * to avoid * using this service.

As many other people have stated, I went to enhance a photo for "free", then it charged me $1 to download. There is NO verbiage at that point that you are signing up for a $35/month recurring fee! I only found this out due to my bank asking if it was fraud, one week to the day of the $1 charge. Currently I'm disputing the charge: my bank has removed it but Bubbi's website is claiming that I owe them $35. Only after submitting in their contact form did they even tell me how to cancel. You can't find it on their site easily.

Company tried to take £29 out of my account after I paid £1 to sharpen aj image. Luckily my bank blocked it. Definitely a scam, avoid at all costs

Scammers. Like other users the transaction I expected was a £0.79 charge for a single image upscale. At no time was I made aware of any subscription, and the welcome email made no mention of a subscription either. Luckily my card provider stopped a £29 charge today. DO NOT use this company as they are scammers.

Like everyone else I signed up and paid know wing the subscription.

When trying to login to cancel, the page would not load and instead redirected me.

I had no way of logging in to cancel my subscription.

When emailed they were incredibly rude and instead of acknowledging their technical issues and their website problem they said it was my fault?

Absolute con - they deliberately won’t let you sign in as then you can’t cancel.

Je suis actuellement en attente d’un retour du service client concernant une demande de remboursement.
L’outil ne correspond finalement pas à mes besoins, et je ne l’ai pas utilisé après souscription. J’espère qu’une solution commerciale pourra être trouvée rapidement.
Dans l’attente de leur réponse pour me faire un avis définitif.

Que des FDP ils prélèvent pour de la mrd 35 euro pour ma part et surtout sans prévenir. Et je n’ai aucun compte chez eux donc je ne sais pas d’où ça sort

Just like everyone else, I paid $1 for what was presented as a single picture upscale, just to later get charged $55 for a subscription.

They claim the terms are presented at checkout - they aren’t. At the very bottom of the checkout page, in a very fine and grey print, it states “you are agreeing to terms and conditions”, which you would need to open manually in a separate page, and read for quite some time before you actually get to the auto-enrolment portion.

What’s funny is that it shows you a completely different, less deceiving checkout page when you re-attempt the purchase, even if you use a different email or browser. I could only see the original checkout page after I turned on the VPN. This is very obviously designed to force people into a hidden subscription and then gaslight them into believing that they willingly signed up for it.

What a malicious practice. Shame on whoever is running it.

EDIT: Ignore their response. They are liars. They just copy and paste this response to everyone who is saying the same as me. I emailed them as soon as I had the dispute and they ignored that but replied on here. Scammers!!!!!!!

Scammers. Just repeating what everyone else has said. Spent £1 for a one off image and then was charged £29 a week later. Lesson learned to check reviews before using random websites.

J'ai pensé acheté une conversion SVG PNG à 1 euros et me voilà débité de 35€ sans que j'en ai eu connaissance, sans avertissement par email. Aucune entreprise transparente et de bonne fois ne ferait cela.
De la grande tromperie.
Ca devait certainement être indiqué dans des CGV inaccessible en caractère 2.

I had to use it to optimize one picture and I paid about one euro for that, right after one week I received notification from my credit card 35 euro! They don’t refund as their refund policy stated on the website.

Complete scam, charges £1 for a picture to be converted for a one of charge then proceed to take £29 and set me up on a monthly subscription, I did not knowingly subscribe to anything this is a scam and I’ve had to contact my bank to notify them
