Pure scam. Paid 1€ for a one-time service, they started charging 35€ every month. I just realized it 3 months later..

Cancelled in February after a month of use, thought it was a relatively easy process - I thought wrong. They have continued for four months to take the monthly premium, when contacting to ensure the account is cancelled and the money is refunded, they have advised that they don't have an account in my email or name. Now needing to jump through several hoops and provision of data and images to show that the monies have continued to be taken.

Thieves. Same subscription experience. Shows you really shouldn't buy anything on line without checking on Trustpilot first. And if something looks too good to be true then it probably is.
Based Malta, their government should be ashamed they host these crooks

THIEFS AND CROOKS. Tricked me into buying a subscription when I just wanted credits, first time no problem, second time suddenly I am signed up to a subscription that I never asked for. Now I have paid 3 months for a product I didn't want, ask for OR PURCHASE.

Stay away from this company. They offer a service for 1 euro, and then you see a charge of 30 euros with no explanation. If you request a refund, they simply refuse. They also don't send any invoice or email; you just suddenly get billed without warning.

la verdad es que cuando va bien es superpotente y estoy muy contento. Pero cuando entra en ciclo negativo no hay manera. Esta es mi tercera oportunidad y ya no va a ver mas. Así no se puede ofrecer un servicio a mis clientes habiendo algún proveedor de mi circulo que no hace bien su trabajo, Se acaban mis créditos y se acaba la relación laboral. I think this is the cleanest vectorizer available? Mind you will still need time to cleanup.

On the billing side though, I paid for a single file to be vectorized and noticed in a blink that a second transaction happened. I thought it was a glitch, and was surprised when I was forced into a subscription later on.

This company burned me the same way! $1 trial then proceeded to rape my business account Visa for $55 Cdn. a month. Not only did they do this, they managed to charge another Visa from another business I have and did not authorize for an additional $55 Cdn per month since January. They robbed $330 from my account. I reported to Visa and in the process of dispute, and "FRAUD"

As per everyone else here I got stung by the $1 one-time payment actually being a sneaky subscription dark pattern.

If I could give zero stars I would. Says it is free then said it would only be £1 to make an image clearer resolution. Now I have £29 payments being taken out of my bank all the time. This is false advertisement and has caused me nothing but stress. The bank froze my card so now i am left with no money until a new one comes. DO NOT USE THIS 'COMPANY'

Absolutely misleading experience.

What is presented as a simple €1 trial quickly turns into a €35 subscription charge with very poor transparency regarding the recurring payment. The whole experience feels intentionally designed to make users think they are only paying for a low-cost trial.Be extremely careful before entering your payment details!!

You’ve taken my card details and have taken over £90 off my card since November. I have not agreed to any subscription fee. I’d like my money refunded however no help has been given

They buried a $35 subscription in their terms and conditions, and refused to refund me when I challenged the lack of transparency when I thought I was buying an upscaled image for less than a dollar. Reporting to my bank.

Unwittingly subscribed to this app thinking I was paying for a one time use. I probably should have read the Ts and Cs better but this is unscrupulous behaviour from what turned out to be a pretty crappy app anyway. Had to contact my bank to actually stop the subscription. If there was a 0 star option that is what I would give.

Well, i can see i am another victime of the Bubbi app. I was looking for an app to upgrade one photo. i was not looking into any subscribtion. Bubbi did not fit my expectations, unfortunately, i got billed EUR 35 per month subscribtion! i have not even used their services. i immediately cancelled the undesired subscribtion but had no refund. it's an awful scam. horrible rip off. How can such ripp off exist on-line as secured connection! it should be banned and its representatives charged with theft!

0 STAR. not only is the product not very good at doing what it claims but when you cancel your 7 day free trial on day one they play games and still charge you for the subscription. Then when you contact customer service and show proof of canceling they take zero accountability. Terrible app and customer service.
