Vector Air Reviews

Ordered the Uragan 3 .25 FAC at the Shooting Show in February as Vector Air were doing a great deal on price, and was told 4-8 weeks for delivery; it arrived in 5 so spot on. Communication was excellent, and can't fault the service at all. I would definitely use Vector Air again, and can't recommend them highly enough

What a pleasant transaction,Nice to chat with Craig, who I remembered, he delivered personally another item of theirs.
Also the tech support as I was not able to access the menu, quick fix (including e-mailing cheat sheet) within minutes!
I Will Be Back

I purchased 2 guns from Vector Air yesterday, one for use with my grandkids and one for my personal use.
The gun bought for my grandkids was good to go straight out of the box.
Unfortunately my gun had a couple of sight issues. I contacted Vector Air as soon as I became aware and advised them of the problem.
I was asked to return to the shop ASAP, which I did this morning and the issue was resolved without any quibble, I was also given useful advice for going forward.
Great customer service from knowledgeable and friendly people. Highly recommended. Thank you Vector Air

Because the service I got was very good and fast I would definitely buy from vector AIR again I would recommend them

VA are teally easy to buy from - bought online and picked up from shop. The shop is well laid out and easy to get to. Staff are knowledgeable but not pushy. I like teh experience and their prices are competitive!

Ordered air rifle tool. Wrong postcode entered although I used auto fill. Sorted straight away. Tool delivered which worked nicely and saved me a trip to nearest gun shop which is miles away.

Done a couple of online orders now and been spot on.
Will definitely keep buying from them.
Be nice to visit the shop one day, looks pretty cool.

Cheers
Owen

Great service when I purchased a new scope

The guys and girls at Vector have great knowledge and give impartial advice, they are really helpful and more often than not are the best value for money 👍🏻
Their product range is very good so there is always something for everyone.

Product information was incredibly helpful and detailed and came with recommendations and the order was processed and delivered extremely quick.

This a great seller, good range and prices. I have bought many items from here and always been easy.
Recommend.

Great service and prices

Fast shipping , will use again

Had a few items via post from the guys and girls at Vector Air, service was top notch! So decided to get a new rifle and pay them a visit at the same time.
Fantastic service, casual friendly chat and what a selection of new toys on offer, WOW!
Craig was great on my first visit, really helpful and took the time to explain the various functions on the new Zulus that I purchased.
The rifle I wanted was out of stock but it’s a VERY popular rifle.
I spotted another on the website a few weeks later and ordered it for delivery. That was promptly organised by the guys to my satisfaction, then I got a free day. I decided to call in and pick it up, the guys were very understanding and agreed the change of plans… which went astray (my fault) so rescheduled yet again after they had gone to the trouble of getting it ready for me to collect.
I finally got there a few days later to collect. I was not disappointed.
All in all, these guys are great. Happy to share their knowledge and experience and time to make the customer feel at home and happy with their purchase.
I would strongly recommend them, I for one will go there again in future!
Thanks guys!

From when I was notified Rifle was back in stock I received great comms with Vector Air. From getting the quote to the collection. 1 small issue was resolved quickly and certainly would use again.
