They have cancelled all products to the uk without prior warning which means the hair that has grown will now fall out.

There is also several lawsuits against them one being the real ingredients used not being Disclosed which is terrifying since I switched to this product in pregnancy as it was seemingly a clean product

This "Hair" company shows up on my bank statement as a Clothing & Shoe company. Plus they didn't let me purchase because they said "I'm not a traditional householder because Im a digital nomad. While their competitor has never had a problem selling to me online. Their offices are in the worst part of Los Angeles but their Instagram shows their office as all cute and posh-really weird.

I worked as a hairstylist and makeup artist for 10 years in my twenties and thirties. I say that to point out I know a lot about hair.
I was introduced to Vegamour by a salesperson at Sephora. She showed a path of skin on her scalp around a burn scar. She said she saw no hair growth in the area for 2 years then tried Vegamour and hair growth began. She said you MUST wait at least 2 months for a result. So I tried it on my scalp and my brows. At the beginning of month three my eyebrows were noticeably fuller and looked the way I wanted them to. At that time I noticed so many new hairs emerging on my scalp. They were about two inches long and the were kind of peeping out. As a hairstylist I was SHOCKED. I kept w this program. I make sure to massage my scalp well. I use the scalp serum one a week. It has been about 2 years and I have so much more hair!!! I love doing my hair now. Note: if you don’t do it daily for 2 months you will think it doesn’t work. I have paused my subscription and have canceled my subscription to a couple of products w/o difficulty and even had luck calling the company. Anywayzzzz good luck!

What you read about the issues with cancelling subscriptions and automatic shipments is true. They stop sending confirmation emails about your upcoming order therefore making it impossible to cancel once it ships. Customer service is worthless and offers no assistance. The products are overpriced and you can find better on Amazon. Do NOT fall victim to getting a subscription as it is not easy to cancel.

Vegamour is an unprofessional company. We subscribed to their shampoo service, which stated that they would notify us and require approval before shipping the next order. However, they never contacted us and simply shipped it without notice. We had to return it, losing $10 in handling fees that they refused to refund—not to mention the time wasted.

We canceled the subscription, yet they still shipped another order this month.

This feels like a joke. Their customer service is nonexistent.

I'm now contacting my bank to file a complaint. This is borderline fraud, and they should be held accountable for their incompetence.

Product does not work as advertised. Their customer service is also deeply lacking. When you make a purchase you’re automatically signed up for a recurring charge. Bogus. They are quick to charge but not to reply or to support you in any way after that. Do not buy from these scammers.

I dont like this brand of shampoo and conditioner at all. My hair is fluffy and dry after using. The conditioner is awful, it makes my hair feel rough and doesnt give that smooth feeling when you use it. I am very disapointed. The shampoo lathers up nicely though and smells like bubblegum

I ordered one box of products and somehow I got subscribed to their monthly subscription services without my knowledge... When I received the product and I asked for a refund since I didn't place the order, they said they would do a refund but take off at lest $30 for taking it back into their warehouse.... Horrible experience and I had to followup multiple times to get a reply back. Would not recommend and the products didn't work on my hair for hair regrowth (I finished an entire bottle of shampoo, conditioner and growth serum).

Do not get roped into their subscription they email bomb you everyday then in amongst them there will be an email saying they are sending you more bottles. Before you can unsubscribe you get billed for $310 then if you want to return it as it’s already been sent you need to pay for your own postage to America. Which will no doubt get lost and they won’t receive it and you won’t get a refund anyway.

I was a long-time user of their GRO hair serum. It actually helped me grow hair at my temples! Product goes on easily and has no smell or residue. The customer service was responsive to me. After a couple of emails I got the truth. Whatever hair growth you get in six months of using the product is all you will ever get. And if you stop using the product, you will lose all of the new hair that grew in. When I learned this, I stopped using the product. Too expensive to keep up forever. One thing for sure, they were right and I lost all the new growth. From my research, this is how all of the hair serums work. I am buying a wig. I’m done wasting money.

All the reviews make sense. Shit product shit customer service try hiding unsubscribe discreetly.

SCAM!!! Product doesn’t work and I ordered once and they subscribed me to take $80 every month.
the subscription cancellation button doesn’t work. It glitches. I have Sent emails and still waiting.

This is the worst company I have ever seen.
Not only you buy super expensive products but they also NEVER reach to destination and Veganour tell you it s not their problem they can’t and are not willing to do anything.
Secondly adter reading about them they are apparently in lawsuits because or their fake advertisment which products who actually do not work as they claim it.

I have had the worst experience with Vegamour. This company is completely dishonest and shady. I didn’t even subscribe—I just placed a one-time order, but they keep sending me products and charging me! Even though I canceled, they ignored my request and charged me for an extra month. I’ve asked for a return 10 times, and even though the return only costs $7, they still haven’t sent me the return label. They are clearly taking advantage of their customers.

The product itself doesn’t work at all; it’s just clever advertising with no real results. Be very careful if you decide to try this company—they’ll take your money, ignore your requests, and trap you into unwanted charges. Highly disappointed!

Do not buy from this Company!! They Charge you to Cancel a Subscription that you didn't sign up for. They keep mailing you Product & Charging Your card without permission & it is difficult to Cancel & they will Charge you for that. SCAM

Not only do their overpriced products not work, but their scummy subscription policy makes it impossible to cancel without waiting for a phone call from customer support- which always comes after the order has processed, at which point it can’t be cancelled. I can’t believe this company got into Sephora. I hope they get replaced by a company with better ethics and products soon.

Terrible customer service. I asked to cancel my subscription and they didn’t cancel it but shipped it out 2 weeks later even though they received my email, and then told me I need to return it to the US from the UK even though it hasn’t even shipped yet.

WONT LET YOU CANCEL. THEY CONTINUE TO CHARGE. NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL. NO RESULTS.

The company makes it difficult to cancel your subscription. Website is not user friendly in that regard. You have to email customer service to “request” a cancelation. They bombard you with other options to try to keep your business. And if you don’t respond they don’t cancel the subscription. Now I have to wait two weeks to return a product and get a refund that shouldn’t have shipped because I canceled my subscription !

Good product - bad service. Avoid this company…I subscribed to this product, which I found to be really good… however having bought 3 bottles, I found I hadn’t gotten through them at the end of the 90 days - they didn’t send the usual email you expect on a subscription service asking if you’d like to renew… instead automatically took £140 from my PayPal account before sending a dispatch notification. When I called the American customer services an hour after opening times to say I didn’t want to cancel, but that I wasn’t ready for anymore bottles yet - could them defer subscription… I was told the items had already left the warehouse & been dispatched to the uk - in one whole hour after opening. I will have to wait for them to cross the Atlantic and then return them for refund. This company are all about taking your money and not providing a good service - which is a shame as the product was good. I now do not trust them and will be cancelling my subscription, when the items have arrived/been returned and refund received… just a pain you don’t need! Avoid this company!
