Horrific and lied to. Purchased some alloys from this guy that was supposed to be Rivera and told they was real, to later find out that they was fake cheap and he charged the price of genuine. Ignores all calls and not a person that I would trust. Recommend to avoid this person, unless you want to receive dodgy wheels that are not load rated fitted to your 90 grand car

Company never contacted me to take payment or fullfil the order then I seen they put the price up so that explains that I had to buy a similar product elsewhere.

I have been extremely impressed by the professionalism of Andy Pittaway of Vehicle Security U.K. He did a great job of fitting an immobiliser / tracker to my new car, and had been very responsive with communication organising his visit. He checked everything was working then contacted the service provider to hook up my monitoring account. When I checked later and found the immobiliser wasn’t working, he responded immediately and came the next day, a Sunday, to investigate, being prepared to replace the unit if it was faulty. On calling the service provided he discovered they’d sent the wrong code and disabled the immobiliser. Problem sorted ! Incredible dedication to customer satisfaction. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Andy to fit your car security device.

Didn’t acknowledge payment of £100 deposit until I called after a few days. Installation date agreed but after not appearing at the expected time I was able to leave a voicemail asking what was going on. No call back but got a PayPal refund later with a note that the installer was sick and therefore the job was cancelled. The refund was done in such a way that PayPal fees had to be paid and it was me that paid them. Wasn’t planning to leave a review but they’ve been chasing me to do so, so here it is. Fortunately I was able to get someone to do the job the next day and they were great.

I was given a recommendation to get in contact with Andy Pittaway at Vehiclesecurityuk. Andy was friendly, exceptionally knowledgeable and fitted the equipment with professionalism. Andy left me with all the materials needed plus a personalised video showcasing all the features of the device and how to operate. Exceptionally happy with my purchase and experience. Would definitely recommend and would use again should the need arise.

I paid my deposit that got ignored until I chased. A call followed but total silence since then. Took my £100 deposit and seem to have no interest in doing the work. I wouldn’t have left this bad review but amazingly you asked me three times for a review having taken my money and ignored me.

Rang me in the morning to see if I was free earlier- I was and he came and fitted the systems very neatly, and quickly- I was given a tutorial in how to use them and boom the job was all done! Great!

Excellent service by any pittard ordered the ghost and couple of dash cams fitted and explained how it all works gave me a video of how to change certain things on the ghost ie combination code all works excellent.
First time with the ghost and how easy is it to operate the vehicle is going nowhere now cheers Andy
