Items advertised are not the goods that you will receive. The goods that you will receive are cheap low quality items that are not the higher quality goods listed for sale. This has been the case for me and the company will not refund. Neither will Paypal. Do not be deceived by the company using trusted payment methods. I paid using Paypal who will not refund, and when I checked the payment, it had been auto set as a repeating subscription. BUYER BEWARE.

Excellent customer support
I placed my order for a birthday present but there was a problem with the shipping and it wasn’t going to be delivered on time. I contacted customer support and they were so quick to respond and very helpful and understanding. I requested for the order to be cancelled and for a refund. This was fulfilled without any issues at again very quickly. I would highly recommend Velaukgoods and have saved them as I will definitely be ordering from them again. They have great products at great prices and an excellent customer support. Thank you.

They accepted my order and took the money from my account. They sent me the incorrect product, a cheap piece of Chinese plastic rubbish. The product was so bad they didn't want me to send it back and wouldn't send me the correct item unless I place another order for it. Offered me a refund which hasn't been received yet. Stay away from this company. They will take your money but it is pot luck as to what product you receive.

Totally disgusted
Totally disgusted. Ordered a GT 6Pro in grey, received a T2pro in gold and even the charger doesn’t fit. Don’t get turned over for a cheap item by this company, they spend more time on delivery tracking than product placement to orders.

Replacement received, better but not as per pictures, battery barely lasts a day but customer service a lot better. Offered 50% refund but not received would seriously consider buying this product still

Finally got to use it, roots actually perked up
put it straight in the water and ignored the label honestly, but the moment I checked after two days the roots actually looked less dry. not like the last shop stuff that just sat sticky on top, this one absorbs fast.
