I just purchased an F82 BMW M4 from Adam at Velocity Autohaus. From the very start, Adam’s communication was on point, he answered all my questions throughout the process and nothing was ever too much. I first travelled down to see the car and the only day I get off is Sunday, Adam made sure he was available. Once I had reserved the car, Adam made sure he was available at 8:30 for me to travel and collect the car (there was even enough fuel in the car to get back). I had some questions post-sale and Adam came back to me with answers every single time. To some people, buying a £25k+ car is nothing but for me, this was a bucket list moment and Adam ensured this moment was truly memorable.

As I was quite a distance away they sent over all service records and information on WhatsApp and answered all my queries honestly. The process of placing a reservation fee and organising a time for viewing and collection was well explained and seamless. Would definitely recommend and will be my first place to look for next car.

Max was really friendly and helpful. Always at the end of a telephone. Even met us from our car and was very patient showing us all the workings of our new car. Also, he delivered the car to our house and made sure we were happy with everything, but was still happy to assist afterwards, should we need anything.
