This set gives my hair a lovely, smooth finish and is a great value for the price. The curling iron just heats up a bit slowly, but overall I'm happy with it.

Do not buy this product!
I wish I had seen the one Trust Pilot review on this product before deciding to purchase. Quite obviously flimsy, made in China labelling, not up to the job of styling or straightening curly hair. Very expensive for a cheaply made product. Do not buy this three styler package! I have just begun the returns process but I am not hopeful of a resolution after seeing the other review.

WARNING! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - Velora UK is a Chinese company to avoid!!! Do not trust them as a retailer in the UK. The product may look fantastic and be good enough for you, but it wasn’t for me and when I tried to exercise my consumer rights, to return the product for a full refund, they completely blocked me. They responded to my email requests several times a day, FOR A WEEK, telling me the return to China was too much of a hassle and offered me varying refunds of 5% to £12. I spent £99 on this item that I do not want. I have mostly used GHD and thought I’d try Velora as I read good reviews. THIS WAS A HUGE MISTAKE! I found the product to be nice but weak, not very sturdy, or strong and not hot enough to straighten my wavy hair. If you’re a GHD fan, do not buy this item expecting the same results. It’s a complete waste of your time and money. And customer service is awful if you change your mind.
