Velvet 46 es lo peor que me he encontrado en AliExpress/Miravia. Compré una lámpara catalítica, la mecha dejó de funcionar tras el primer uso y cuando solicité la devolución, mintieron descaradamente diciendo que faltaba una pieza. Esa pieza iba incluida, usada pero perfectamente embalada.

La estrategia del vendedor fue clara: inventarse una excusa para quedarse con el producto y con mi dinero. Una jugada sucia, ruin y absolutamente vergonzosa. No les importa el cliente, ni el producto, ni la verdad.

Tuve que reclamar varias veces hasta que AliExpress me dio la razón. Si no llego a insistir, me habrían robado a la cara.

Una tienda así no merece estar en ninguna plataforma. Evítala como a una plaga.

Compre por aliespres una lampara catalitica y me a nularon el pedido a los 3 dias por falta de stock y al día siguiente lo subieron de precio. Por el chat se ríen de ti con emoticonos tengo pruebas no comprarle a este vendedor porque su empresa y los trabajadores son vergonzosos. Llevo más de.un mes esperando el dinero como ellos dicen que lo a enviado hasta que no se agite el tiempo que pone aliespres no me lo devuelven serán...

Casi dos semanas después recibo el producto comprado. Todo bien salvo que hasta el día antes de la recepción no recibí ningún mensaje de aceptación de mi pedido, ni información de ningún tipo a pesar de haberla solicitado al vendedor. Esto pone bastante nervioso habida cuenta de la cantidad de estafas que hay por la red. En mi opinión el vendedor no actúa bien no dando información, lo que le perjudica claramente. Intentaré cambiar mi opinión anterior de estafa, pero el vendedor debería cambiar su forma de proceder.

The shipped item never arrived. Contacted customer service twice but received no response. Be careful with international orders

Same experience as other reviews, unfortunately I hadn’t read them before placing my order. Placed order on 27 July, credit card charged immediately and confirmation email received. Still nothing by 19 August when I was going on holiday so emailed a first time. No response. Emailed again 1 September, no response. Emailed a final time on 12 September writing in Spanish advising if no product received or reply to my email within 7 days I would be advising my credit card to decline the payment. You guessed it, no response, therefore I have indeed contacted my credit card company to advise them of this and they have now declined payment with the details I have provided to dispute this charge. If you are reading these reviews before ordering do not place your order, look elsewhere!

Absolute con. Paid nearly £40 for a blusher and charge was made to my credit card immediately. 3 weeks later I have not received my order nor any confirmation that it has been dispatched. No response to my email. Do not use this company.

Compré por Miravia 3 botes de leche infantil. Se habían equivocado en el precio por lo que cancelaron mi pedido con la excusa de falta de stock. Lo volvieron a subir triplicando el precio

Ordered 2 bottles of perfume. Received the confirmation after payment of €76. And I am still waiting for the perfume.

I ordered men's cologne from them ($74.75). They charged my VISA, but after 9 days after the purchase they never confirmed shipping and would not respond to my messages asking for the shipping date. These people are a FRAUD. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Estamos a día 11 de diciembre y sigo esperando el pedido que realicé el 20 de agosto.
La empresa sigue "funcionando" porque están mandando emails de promociones y descuentos. Por favor, que nadie compre ahí; es una estafa. Ni contestan a los correos ni al teléfono que aparece en la web. Como dicen otros usuarios, el buzón del teléfono está lleno.
El paquete está pre-registrado en correos y así sigue meses después...
