Fair enough. You issues a refund but did not suggest better hold up stockings even though you claim to be experts in the industry. You do not answer calls and only came back to me on here
Would never recommend them one bit
I bought some stockings from them. Thought I may try them out as you do right? When they came, wore them but they never stay up suggesting poor quality. You cannot call them and speak to someone AND to top it all off, filled in an online form but nobody ever got back to me. Useless
Antwoord van Velvet Touch Tights
Dear George,
We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your purchase. While it is rare, it’s not impossible for hold-ups or tights to be faulty, and we fully accept that. However, we did respond to your message first thing the following morning, and a full refund was issued immediately.
We believe we treated your concern with due respect and resolved the issue almost straight away. Is there anything more we could do to improve your experience? We genuinely value feedback and always aim to make things right for our customers.
Kind regards,
Velvet Touch Tights
