I received the product I ordered but it…
I received the product I ordered but it had a damage to the top bit rendering it unusable. This was a very disappointing experience being the first time I was ordering from them.
However, when I contacted them, the speed and professionalism with which they resolved the problem was amazing. I have the full product now and I am very pleased with the purchase. Quality product and good customer service.

Great experience, great product. Description of product was exact, great because this order was for a ready made product, which I had found, which was the exact size that I needed. I paid £225 including delivery charge…
I paid £225 including delivery charge for vape display unit but they have sent me a plastic unit which can not bear the weight of vapes. Absolutely useless and worthless for £225.00. Not recommended and please don’t get fooled by their pictures they advertise. Never again .
Your explanation is unacceptable as described in your product description 600 vapes but it’s not even weight enough to carry 400 vapes and I’ll post some pictures to show you.
