Not only did Vendi offer me a really fair price, but they kept me updated and when there was a little hiccup with the proof of purchase file I sent them, they were helpful and really responsive. This was my first time using them and I was of course a little unsure of what to expect, but the transaction couldn't have been smoother. A very happy experience for me and I received my full quote in my bank account on the same day they received my tablet!

Unbelievably quick and effortless service. I sent my new phone by special delivery on Tuesday afternoon, I received a notification at 11am on the Wednesday saying they had received the device and were verifying it. I had the quoted amount in my bank account before 14:00 on the same day. Communication and updates throughout. Would definitely recommend. Just some advice. I had to provide ID and proof of purchase when filling in the initial form. A tracking number was also required. Great service all round.

I had a frustrating and disappointing experience selling my phone through Vendi.

There were issues with the parcel after collection, which caused concern and required chasing. During verification, the initial images provided made the device appear in far worse condition than it actually was.

After challenging this, a video was later provided which showed the phone in much better condition, consistent with how it was sent. This highlighted a clear inconsistency in how the condition was initially presented.

Despite this, the valuation was still reduced and not adjusted to reflect the actual condition shown.

Although payment was eventually completed, the process required far more effort and persistence than expected. I would strongly recommend taking detailed photos and videos before sending a device.

Sent the device yesterday, money was in bank by early afternoon today, smooth and easy transaction, no changes to my quoted price, £10 postage recovered too, cost me £11ish to send special delivery, i would say that was the smoothest easiest transaction iv ever done with an online purchase/sale.
Provided you upload your proof of purchase and ID after submitting your tracking number and packing the box correctly, after they check condition of device vs what you reported to them on application this will genuinely be the best website to sell your goods with higher payouts then most sites iv used.

Really poor I sent my new not used Pixel phone and guess what it has scuffs and marks on the camera screen. Con merchants stay well clear !! You e been warned.

Honestly the easiest most stress free process. Sent the phone in, and 24hrs later I’ve been paid, very fairly as well. You can track the stages of where it’s up to and it was completely hassle free. Will absolutely use them again in future.

Scammers

I sent a Z Fold 7 in with the condition 'great' for a quote of £840. There was one small scratch on the top of the spine, and some light marks on the inner screen. They kept the phone for over 24 hours and then said it didn't meet the 'great' description, rather they showed photos of a phone with multiple scratches at the other end of the hinge which DEFINITELY were not present. Interestingly in the photo someone's thumb was covering the scratch I knew about. They offered me £690 which, as I needed cash, I accepted. I was promised a postage refund which I didn't get.
