Refurbished S25 Ultra

I had a Google Pixel 10 Pro XL and I hated it!!! I was hoping to find a Samsung S25 Ultra at a decent price in the refurbished market and done a lot of searching.

Vendi offered the best price and one of the few with the Samsung.com Titanium Jet Black in 512GB. I went for the premium option and I am delighted with my purchase, I've fallen in love with the S25 Ultra, it was spotless with a 100% battery health!! Couldn't believe it!!

Vendi also took my Google pixel 10 pro XL, the process was extremely easy and quick, I had my money within 27 hours of Royal Mail picking up my package!

Will be using vendi again in the future!!

Fantastic service. Really really quick payment

The device was not as described, the phone had only two visible scratches which was cosmetic. The device itself was not old with the inner screen not used as much, as it was fairly new with the stickers still attached. To then reduce the price when it was already low to begin with. The procedure to collect the phone was great, so the end result is unfortunate.

Excellent service, payment received same day it was delivered to Vendi. One of the only phone buying companies I have used that doesn't try and reduce the price they offer. My phone DID have various marks and scratches on it and I put it down as good ( the lowest rating they had ), I was expecting a reduced offer as this seems to be how most of the other shady companies operate but nothing just the full payment plus the £10 for postage in my account and before 7pm.
Will now use Vendi for all my future phone sales.

I really would like to say this company is top, which I found on compare and recycle, I wanted company I could trust, no fuss and this is the one they recieved within a day inspected and gave new offer.and communication was top for every step. offer was less than quoted but I knew it probably would be as it is used phone. I was happy with the end offer, as it was so stress free. So if u want stress free trade in this is the place!! Plus they reimbursed me the postage cost so excellent. Thank you vendi!!

Very quick payment

I got a quote of £410 based on the condition of the device being new- which it was. There was no mention of the box being sealed. However, Vendi then quoted me a new offer of £320-£90 less than the original offer because the box was unopened. I double checked the information that had been received by the company in the email they sent me and it said condition: new. Nowhere did it mention the box needed to be sealed. Complete and utter scam. Don’t use this company.

Thus company was the best honestly I was panicking so much as I forgot to add the order number so I emailed them and they was fab. Reassured me and kept in contact. After giving them the tracking number they located my phone which wasn't a cheap one and made sure it was linked to my account. Super fast payment esp as it was over Xmas. I recieved payment same day they recieved the phone. No messing about trying to knock price down I got exactly what they quoted me. Definitely the only company I will use from now amd and recommend to my family and friends.
